Death

That's interesting girl, it's really totally new to me. One thing I'd like to correct you on though is that an Angel won't mark a human, especially not from the inside, have you ever thought of it this way, maybe that marking was made while those people were alive and breathing? By the Holy Spirit of God?

I'd rather have God mark me with something than leave it up to His Angels to do ;) hehehe

Much love

interesting thought..

but then again, if we were living and breathing, and we had this marking... then i think if i ran my fingers over my forehead, i would be able to feel something.. or see something.. like a bumpy thing would be sticking out of my forehead ..I would think... that would be noticable!..And i think doctors would comment if they found a wierd marking visible on a patients x-rays...

so..nah, we wouldve been dead and burried first..

Still... i think we go directly to Heaven/hell... And i could be wrong.. Didnt Jesus say to the guy opposite him on the cross, that he was going straight to paradise..? He didnt tell the guy, that they will meet again on his second coming now, did he?

I think this subject can be a bit confusing. I personally believe that when we die we are judged straight away and it's either heaven or hell for us. Maybe the day of judgement is something for those who are still on earth when Jesus comes again?

Has anyone read the last book in the Chronicles of Narnia? The Last Battle? That has some good analogies of heaven.

Also, when people who are Christians die, like my Grandma (at the age of 95), she looked peaceful, and I like to think it's because she saw a glimpse of heaven and knew she didn't need to worry. Does this sound daft?!

I believe you, Gladstone. What greater feeling can one have at the end of this life's journey than the peace of knowing that his/her next step is into eternity with Jesus?

"I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will award to me on that day - and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his coming." (2 Tim 4:7-8)
