John 3:16 says Jesus died for the world. Not some chosen people.

Ps 65:4
4 Blessed is the man whom thou choosest, and causest to approach unto thee, that he may dwell in thy courts: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house, even of thy holy temple.
The word choosest is the hebrew word bachar:
to choose, elect, decide for
a) (Qal) to choose
b) (Niphal) to be chosen
c) (Pual) to be chosen, selected
And this being chosen is what causetst one's approach in faith, hence the faith of God's Elect. The word causets is the word qarab:

John 6:70; Jesus answered them, "Did I Myself not choose you, the twelve, and yet one of you is a devil?"
Luke 10:1; Now after this the Lord appointed seventy others, and sent them in pairs ahead of Him to every city and place where He Himself was going to come.
John 6:66; As a result of this many of His disciples withdrew and were not walking with Him anymore.
John 6:67; So Jesus said to the twelve, "You do not want to go away also, do you?"
Just because Jesus chose you doesn't mean you will stay with Him.
Matt 13:40; "So just as the tares are gathered up and burned with fire, so shall it be at the end of the age.
Matt 13:41; "The Son of Man will send forth His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all stumbling blocks, and those who commit lawlessness,
Matt 13:42; and will throw them into the furnace of fire; in that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Just because someone is already in "His kingdom" doesn't mean they won't be thrown out later.

I am trying to learn how to articulate this better, when I tell people this it is as plain as day in the scripture, The main l rebuttal I get is
rebuttal ........that scripture only refers to the saved people who are believers, God chosen people are the Jews, and God only calls the Jews his people in the OT. The Jews are as special people to God as no other people on the planet.
now I can almost see where they are coming from, when you read the OT God does call the Jews only MY people.
would love thoughts on this,

Its always good when chosen by Jesus for Salvation. But if you are chosen by God for damnation, it wont be well with you.

It also gives a Representative Union with Him, and it is at conversion when believing the Truth, that Union is made manifest openly, and is evidence of having been in Christ before. This is the same as Eve's open marriage to Adam, did but give Evidence that She previously had a Union with him before, and of course Paul likens that to the Church and Christ Eph 5:28-32
28 So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself.
29 For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church:
30 For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones.
31 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh.
32 This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church.
That Eve had this Union with Adam at Adam's Creation is clear from Gen 5:1-2

And so Later God brought the woman to the Man Gen 2:22

If a belief fails ''terribly'' at accurately representing God, you are possibly the definition of a false teacher.
Able only to read scripture with your corrupted vision.
Prove to me that the belief you espouse does NOT paint God as a wicked fool, or you need to be absolutely terrified of your posts that you are typing here that do.
You are misrepresenting scripture and rejecting correction. So I want you to explain to me how your take does not incriminate God.
If you can't, I will need to write you off as a troll. Doing damage to Christianity and brazenly ignorant of a judgement day by the very God you are misrepresenting.
God specially selecting people for heaven = partiality = racism = evil = height of wickedness. Debunked in its entirety by Acts 10:34 and 1 Tim 2:4.
