My Lord JESUS came here in the fourth Day, so He came here around 4000 years after Adam, or arund 2000 years ago, GOD the Father was sitll working in His wondeful Plan of restoration of all things- Genesis 1 combined with Acts 4:1-21. And my Lord JESUS left very clear saying: John 5:17 - My Father worketh hitherto, and I work.

The Word is GOD, self-executing, understand?

Jesus states. ( taking the bread at the last supper) This IS my body. Take and eat. Do this in rememberance of me.

And on the road to Emmaus, some Apostles were walking. Jesus joined them. But they did not recognize Him. And even when Jesus shared scripture, they did not recogni,e Him. It was only when Jesus blessed and broke the bread, did they recognize Him.

Can you see what Jesus is telling you to do, and will you recieve Him?

It is ok Sue, God knows not all can comprehend the teaching. This is why everything else is also important. Recieving Scripture into your heart. Loving God with all you are, Love your neighbor as yourself. To worship God in fellowship.

Obviously the bread was not part of His body. And the cup they were drinking was not His blood. It was representing the blood that He shed on the cross.

So we part take of the Lord's super / communion is remembrance of what He did on the cross . Until we as born-again believers are with Him.

I just found another passage about the Lord's supper. 1 Corinthians 11: 23 - 26 vs 25 " ....in remembrance of Me." This is the passage we read from in church. And vs 26 for as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup you proclaim the Lord's death till He comes. "

What am i missing? That you are reading? You stated it yourself, exactly as i have said. Even quoted the scripture." Take eat, this Is My Body" .

"Take eat, this IS MY BODY" Doesn't say represents my body. Says, this Is My Body.

And God doesnt use old wineskins for new wine. The Blood of Jesus is the New Wine, of the New Covenant.

The word of God says, love God with all your heart love God with all your mind love God with all your spirit love God with all your strength and it also says love your neighbor as yourself
