I would like to encourage you Victorman
there is a God and your soul longs for Him
before I was a Christian I had similar thoughts and problems understanding what it was all about
the evolution theory that everyone believed was a rot to my mind but the need in my soul longed to know more - to understand - and to find peace
when we look at life on this planet and beyond - when we look at what is truly the creation of a Creator - we can either see it with meaningless and random chance with no choice but to survive - the motto of evolution being the survival of the fittest or we can see it as it really is
my walk in life was one heading quickly to death and I played with it often and saw no need for rules to govern my decisions but I decided that every man is his own god - meaning that every man can do as they please with everything including their own life
why why why was my cry and I searched deep and far to places unknown to me and strange to the people I knew
I messed with a lot of trouble in this world and the world we do not see
why did I do all this?
Because I was searching for that peace and a reason for it all
the theory of evolution did not help me at all

the evolution theory leaves you blind to something very special and out of this world - out of the way that the world and it's way and teaching can or does see or teach and when we look with the empty hope and no future in store for us at the organisms and elements, the compounds of chemicals and the science of life as something that has nothing to it, we can only see the false theory of things just being that way without any emotion or even love
beautiful things -which all creation is - are mere forms of living organisms and beauty is only an imagination or perhaps delusion and psychological illusion that people suffer from
BUT
and again I say BUT

all have sinned - all including me and you and that means all have a shortcoming in them whether big or small makes no difference and that shortcoming is something we all share and no matter how good you can be there is always something not good in us
this shortcoming equates to death - it is an imperfection - a touch or more of unholiness - a stain on our lives of some sort or another - and reason for the confusion and lack of peace
BUT God has shown His love to man in and with and through Jesus His Son
the replies here point you to this truth and I have said to repent
what does that all mean?
it means we MUST come to the place of accepting God's Love for us and to do that and to accept Him and His love we must do that thing called repent - it is a decision that calls for a deep and decisive action of the will- it is to confess our want and need of the Love of God in Jesus Christ the Lord

it may be hard and may be strange
it may bring about a crisis and a confrontation within yourself and it may even release pains and remorses of ill sin gone before
BUT in repentance we find Life
what happens is a metamorphosis of position and heart
as we repent we come open and naked before the Lord GOD and face Him for the first time and once there we discover that the repentance is turned to joy in our soul - our spirit leaps and comes to life where it once was dead
AND VICTORMAN - I AM SHOUTING IT OUT!
HEAR THESE WORDS
our lives are fickle and empty without meaning and all the world lies in this wickedness - without Him Who IS Love
BUT
I encourage you to do this and YOU WILL find that you will see everything in Creation as it really is - as made in love for love for us and for love to be glorified
you will see the beauty in all created things like you never ever dreamed possible and your heart will be gladdened beyond measure or ability to hold that Love in
it will burst out and call out from the depths of your being and you will see the reason for it all and know the Love that God has for you and never again will you find yourself in empty dismay and fear- for the ONE Who loves you will abide with you
Jesus is the way
Jesus is the Truth
Jesus is the Life
the Truth WILL set YOU free and whomsoever the Son sets free will be free indeed
if you have found evolution to lead you to this place of hopeless fear and you have looked upon His creation with empty theory and lies - do not dismay
cry out and call to the Lord and find that He is faithful and true
and He will save you from the peril you are now running from
it is a gift - a love offering for your soul
how lovely it would be to see the things of creation with the love that is in their design and to know that the One Who made all things good and exceedingly wonderfully LOVES you
I have not judged you
judge yourself now if you can and see if your soul desires Love and beauty
hope and refreshment and eternal life forever with Him Who is Love
O Taste and see that the LORD is good
