Psychological factors that cause Homosexuality

I was saying it's different because from what I know being bi- sexual does not kill people. Murder happens to though. It's not just my standards it's rather simple. Also you not know me at all.

To God, all sin is heinous. Homosexuality harms a person's mind and destroys his soul, as well as the people he/she have sex with.

I believe bisexuality, does exist and it just means you get turned on by both genders.
I know what 1 Corinthians 6:9-12 says.
People have the choice to kill if they want or even steal. But a lot of people believe that they don't have a choice in being gay.

Yes, a lot of people believe they have no choice, and that is because they have been deceived. A lie believed is a truth to deceived people. But we have the absolute truth of the word of God. There's no argument that can stand against it.

That's just it though. I was told in CCD that God loves everyone. I was also taught religious tolerance at a Quaker school and it has gotten me very far in life and in my spiritual one also. Use the Bible to show people God's love not push them away from it. Harshness never gets you anywhere good.

Christians worth their salt don't tolerate sin. We must discriminate well, and because of the love of Jesus if we want to lead people to Christ and to the wholeness He offers people with broken lives and perverse habits.

Harshness is the strident tongues of people who tolerate and even promote sin against God's word.

Jesus despises religion, so claiming to be religious is no badge---and religious tolerance is of the devil.

I made it up; Mosogandry. There in misogyny meaning disdain or hatred for women and there is misandry for the same disdain or hatred of men and I figured there had to be something positive that stood for harmony between genders in a heterosexual unit..

People who say things like that are people who do not have any strength of conviction about anything. This culture breeds moral mamby pambies up the wazoo. It's the hallmark of western society, and it has spread to far too many local churches and even full-blown denominations, and is a very strong sign of the end times, for sure. It is an antichrist spirit that spawns these attitudes, not to mention fear, which comes from the devil himself---a fear of being castigated or shunned by the world for a righteous, God-inspired opinion.

Same to you DH Charles - FAMILY FIRST AFTER GOD!!!!! Let your wife know that I will be praying for her & she has absolutely nothing to fear or be livid about. I know it takes time but just so she knows. I too became livid, angry & every other adjective you can think of when I was betrayed & it carries with a person whether we like to admit it or not. I know it takes time but just so she knows. I too became livid, angry & every other adjective you can think of when I was betrayed & it carries with a person whether we like to admit it or not. She isoooooooooooooooooo silly but women get emotional and I know and there is no changing it. I will go but with a heavy heart. Please do not take offence........it's not you of course. You are a fabulous Christian and I will miss your words. Erma just has some issues that she cannot help. It is her bubble from the past. Her 1st husband did not treat her well.

Wait hold on and back up a second. If religious tolerance is that of the devil then so be it but you are the first to honestly say this to me.
Can you show me what Jesus says about religion because Jesus is from Christianity and last I checked that is a religion.

Ok then but my cousin seems to be fine and has a rather good job at the moment at a bank. He is doing rather well in life as far as I know and is honestly one of the most polite people I know.

Christianity is a religion only to the world, but to those who know Jesus, it is a relationship. Jesus despised formal religion and traditions.

As for discrimination, we are called to it to use in a righteous way---discerning what is of God and not of God and making the choice to stay away from certain things. It's called godly wisdom, and the bible teaches it.

That they might come off as very nice people is just a way for them to navigate in society, and to appear respectable. But we know that sin isn't "nice", and nice people are heading for hellfire every day. Jesus died for nice people!

Eventually that "nice" veneer fades and trouble comes. What do these people have to carry them through? No faith, no purpose, no hope, no knowledge of the God who loves them!

Actually my cousin was raised in the same religion as me and he does go to family church things. You are allowed to believe what you want though and have your own personal views. I accept that

This is not about religion. Going to church never saved anybody. This is about people receiving the free gift of salvation in Jesus Christ and beginning an intimate relationship with Him. Sin is forgiven, wiped away completely, but we are called to repent of our sin, which means to turn around and walk away from it. Therefore a homosexual will repent of his homosexuality and abandon it for the sake of Jesus and the righteousness he is now called to.

Share the truth about the gospel of Jesus Christ with your cousin. Pray for him that he receives Jesus and finds a wonderful new life in Him! That is truly loving someone...showing him the truth and loving him enough to make sure that his eternal destiny is the Kingdom of God!

I am not able to judge who is saved or not its not up to me or anyone on this Earth. Religion helps guide us to Jesus and he is always there for us. Religion doesn't guide people to Jesus. Only Holy Spirit does that, through His people and through the written word of God.

those who know Jesus certainly learn all about Him through His word and through experiencing Him daily. But there are many people who think they know Him but they have only heard about Him. Two distinctly different things.

We don't sit and judge who is and who is not saved, but we do observe the fruit of the reality of Jesus in one's life---and the lack of it. When a person claims to belong to Jesus and has a relationship with Him, and declares himself forgiven of sin, yet continues in it, the bible has something to say about that. Our job is to lovingly steer them toward the truth of their duplicity and to teach them about what we are called to by God---His righteousness.

I too know a few people that practice homosexuality & are they going to heaven? Not according to this:
1 Corinthians 6
9 Or do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor men who have sex with men 10 nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.

Jesus has never said that if you go to church & are a good decent law abiding citizen that he will open the door to heaven. I love my homosexual friends BUT my love won't get them a free ticket into heaven.
