Is what Tman is saying any different than, "Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things."
Or, "He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her."
Some asked if the church was to judge, in terms of ministrering against sin, or judge itself:
"Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again."
"For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged."
For if God reveals Himself as, "With the merciful thou wilt shew thyself merciful; with an upright man thou wilt shew thyself upright; With the pure thou wilt shew thyself pure; and with the froward thou wilt shew thyself froward. For thou wilt save the afflicted people; but wilt bring down high looks." Then those that reign in His likeness, and execute the judgment of His law, better do it as God would, otherwise do they not blaspheme ("Thou therefore which teachest another, teachest thou not thyself? thou that preachest a man should not steal, dost thou steal? Thou that sayest a man should not commit adultery, dost thou commit adultery? thou that abhorrest idols, dost thou commit sacrilege? Thou that makest thy boast of the law, through breaking the law dishonourest thou God? For the name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles through you, as it is written. For circumcision verily profiteth, if thou keep the law: but if thou be a breaker of the law, thy circumcision is made uncircumcision. Therefore if the uncircumcision keep the righteousness of the law, shall not his uncircumcision be counted for circumcision? And shall not uncircumcision which is by nature, if it fulfil the law, judge thee, who by the letter and circumcision dost transgress the law? For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.").
"He hath put forth his hands against such as be at peace with him: he hath broken his covenant."
"With the froward thou wilt shew thyself froward". God works with people where they are at. God works through His creation.
The subject of not judging others has caused the church to slip into polical correct speech and action. The whole passage is misunderstood to a degree. Take for example someone who has a stumblingblock of witchcraft. They were once wrapped up tight into the dark arts. When they come out of that, and then recognize it right within the church, are they to keep silent? Are they to not stand against the evil that they see because they themselves are prone to getting ensnared in it? Or take someone who is suseptible to pornography. They slip into it now and again, but are trusting the Lord for deliverance of it. So, then are they not to speak out against it when they see it creeping into another's life?
The prideful judgment is what is spoken against falling into. It is the person who does not think there is any thing wrong with them that will get into hot water when the take a stand against what they see in someone else, but do not consider that they are actually talking more to themselves. Anything that we see in someone else we must check our own hearts by the Lord's Spirit to make sure we are not falling into the same pit.
Gal 6:1 Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.
Gal 6:2 Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.
Gal 6:3 For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself.
Gal 6:4 But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another.
Gal 6:5 For every man shall bear his own burden.
Gal 6:6 Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teacheth in all good things.
James 5:19 Brethren, if any of you do err from the truth, and one convert him; 20Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins.
None of us really enjoy our sins being pointed out. Note the word meekness there in the first verse. How you judge another is how you will be judged. If you judge in meekness, then you will be judged in meekness. If your all tied up in legalistic religious pride then be sure that is the judgment you will receive back.

Here is a short article about washing feet that the Lord led me to awhile back that seems to fit here.
Foot / Feet Washing of John 13
bibleinsight.com/foot.html
- What it Means -
Christ washing the feet of the apostles carried an important symbolic
lesson. He did it for a reason!
First the following should be clarified;
- He did NOT do this to establish a New Testament ritual
- He did NOT do this to call for humility between brethren.
Christ washed the feet of the disciples and told
them to do the same for others to emphasize a
vitally important aspect of the New Testament.
John 13:12 So when He had washed their feet, taken His garments,
and sat down again, He said to them, 'Do you know what
I have done to you?
:13 You call Me Teacher and Lord, and you say well, for so
I am.
:14 If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet,
you also ought to wash one another's feet.
:15 For I have given you an example, that you should do as
I have done to you.
:16 Most assuredly, I say to you, a servant is not greater
than his master; nor is he who is sent greater than he
who sent him.
:17 If you know these things, happy are you if you do them.'
It is unfortunate that so many, having a physical mind set, have failed
to discern the symbolism portrayed by this act of Christ.
One needs to realize the symbolism of water.
Eph 5:26 that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the
washing of water by the word,
And the symbolism connected with feet.
Luke 1:79 To give light to those who sit in darkness and the
shadow of death, To guide our feet into the way of
peace.
Rom 10:15 ... How beautiful are the feet of those who preach
the gospel of peace, ...
Eph 6:15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of
the gospel of peace;
Heb 12:13 and make straight paths for your feet, ...
Matt 3:3 ... Prepare the way of the LORD; Make His paths
straight.
'Water' is commonly used in Scripture to represent;
'the word of God'.
'Feet' are connected with what one uses to;
'walk the spiritual path or way'.
The footwashing performed by Jesus Christ was a symbolic message to His
disciples. The message being that we should help our fellow Christians
in their Christian walk. This being in tune with the thought,
Matt 25:40 ... 'Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did
it to one of the least of these My brethren, you
did it to Me.'
The 'washing' concept focuses upon the idea of cleansing. This being much
more than just the washing of new converts, it signifies the removal of
false teaching/paradigms absorbed by long-standing Christians. The hardest
aspect of growth is the removal of false perspectives. Their removal
though is necessary, because otherwise these false Christian perspectives
can prevent us from perceiving the true nature and teaching of God.
