Running!

Running is my favorite exercise. I do it regularly. I do running 3 miles in a day. It is best exercise for fitness and i suggest everyone to do it regularly. Running increases our stamina and is good for legs muscles and bones.
 
Sorry I am replying late on this post, but running is really a helpful exercise in my opinion. I run fives days a week and once on the weekend for about one hour each time and it really refreshes me and helps me feel better. I would suggest not to run too much when you first start because that could cause injuries and make sure to stretch afterwards. Nice to meet you all.
