He loves them for what he can make them to be.God's love is Agape Love. God Unconditionally loves all people, but hates sin. I am telling you the truth.

but what does that have to do with esau? But it does say God loves those who obey Him and keep His commandments.
Dont get caught up with race, God is no respect of persons based on race !You still don't understand that the word "nation" means "race," and that Deuteronomy was written to the JEWS.
You're not Jewish, are you? CONFESS !!! So how can you culturally appropriate that verse to yourself? (I mean other than mental instability...) Why do you think that Deuteronomy, a text written to the JEWS applies to you? It's a valid question, and one for which I'm pretty sure you have no answer. (Or any sensible answer.)
Explain away....

Dodging - Noun. deliberately avoiding; keeping away from or preventing from happening. synonyms: avoidance, shunning, turning away.
Question to Brightfame - Cherry picking some is partiality and partiality is wicked, explain to me how it is not!! Explain why YOU teach it when Job said this ''Job 34:12 it is UNTHINKABLE that God would do what is wicked'' and David said ''Psalm 145:17 God is righteous in ALL HIS WAYS.......Go, the floor is YOURS.....
More dodge INCOMING, everyone get your popcorn!!
Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.HA... you would try to teach ME Greek?
How precious.
How precocious.
Well @Brightfame52, your definition of "periousios" is certainly peculiar.
From the Cambridge Greek Lexicon
G4041 περιούσιος -periousios:
1. that which is left over or is in surplus; surplus, abundance; sufficient residue (of troops); excess2. (generally) affluence, luxury, excess, profit3. (as a prepositional phrase) from a position of affluence or advantage4 survival, continued independence (of a territory)
Might you understand that your understanding is limited (hobbled even) by poor and inaccurate resources? (Like "Strong's")
ος (WHO) εδωκεν (DEVOTED) εαυτον (HIMSELF) υπερ (ON BEHALF) ημων (OF US) ινα (IN ORDER THAT) λυτρωσηται (HE MIGHT RELEASE) ημας (US) απο (FROM) πασης (ALL) ανομιας (SIN) και (AND) καθαριση (PRUNE AWAY) εαυτω (TO HIMSELF) λαον (A CROP) περιουσιον (ABUNDANT) ζηλωτην (BLESSED) καλων (OF GOOD) εργων (WORKS)(Titus 2:14 GRK)
... AND PRUNE AWAY TO HIMSELF AN ABUNDANT CROP BLESSED OF GOOD WORKS....
And you have now backed me into a corner, whereby I must inform you that you need to be RELEASED FROM your SIN of wanting to be something special above all others and exalting yourself as an "elect." Isn't God's love for you enough? (It should be.) But you post DIVISION, which is not to be found in a crop of good works.
Two men went up into the temple to pray; the one a Pharisee, and the other a publican. The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican. I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that I possess. And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner. I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.(Luke 18:10-14 KJV)
And just to be clear, you're the Pharisee here.
May God clear your misguided thoughts.
Lord have Mercy,

You still dont know what debating is.
You truly do NOT understand Jew / Gentile in the OT.Dont get caught up with race, God is no respect of persons based on race !
Repeating nonsense, does not make it any less nonsensical.Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
You still dont know what debating is.You are being silly now. I stated that there is a site that does formal debates. Example, Trump vs Harris. Imagine you were Harris and your reply to a question asked to you about the border was '''Google says this is not a debate, I don't need to answer you''.
I can imagine her saying that, now how do you feel about the fact that you are 'debating' like Harris would?

(Just like a goyim .)
Repeating nonsense, does not make it any less nonsensical.
Repeating text from a BAD translation, does not make it any less bad a translation.
You want to reject how scripture really should read in English, unto your faith, so be it.

Because the disciples, like you, thought God only loved the Jews (the "chosen ones").If God Loved all men without exception, whats the Point of Jesus telling His disciples this ? Jn 14:21
You're confusing the hope of salvation with actual salvation itself. The Love of God in Hope for the sinner to turn and repent is not the same Love of God for those who have done so.If God already Loved everyone in the world without exception, then this statement by Christ was a waste of time, and not really meaningful, since all who are in the world breaking God's commandments are Loved too.
Because the disciples, like you, thought God only loved the Jews (the "chosen ones").
@Rhema
He does only Love the chosen ones, they just arent all ethnic jews, they are people of all nations chosen in Christ before the foundation of the world Eph 1:4
4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:
Why do you think "before" means "prior to" as opposed to "in front of" (an object)? The word foundation is a noun - an object. Your house sits on a foundation.@Rhema

Why ask me what I think ? I think what I posted duhWhy do you think "before" means "prior to" as opposed to "in front of" (an object)? The word foundation is a noun - an object. Your house sits on a foundation.
And the text says FOUNDATION, but you read it as a verb-event FOUNDING. The text does not say, "prior to the founding of the world." It says "in front of the foundation.." and who is your foundation?
Now if you misinterpret "before" to mean "prior to," you'll misunderstand the rest of the passage.
I'd explain, but you have no ears to hear, being rather fixated on your (mis)interpretation, so there's no reason for me to waste my time.
Kindly,
Rhema
My apologies. I thought you could at least understand questions. I stand corrected. Why ask me what I think ? I think what I posted duh
