And the dynamics of temptation? How does it work?You all need to define the difference between temptation (only mentioned once in these 3 pages) and sin, and when does it move from being able to identify it as temptation, to moving to being a sin? All thought processes.
How we handle the temptation will determine whether it blossoms into sin. This also means that it could be a recurring temptation, for in our weakness, we are still weak without Him. So, unless we haven't handled it correctly each time it rears its head, then sin is probably the end result.
Of course, our God being just, and loving will allow that though we didn't take the way out He provided, does allow us to repent, and be forgiven when we sin. Until the temptation becomes neutered with no effect and the adversary will of course move on to something else. Pride, lust, money, etc. What man can fall prey to, is as endless as our imagination (touched upon numerous times on the thread), and ability to move away from our precious God, when things are going good makes for fertile ground for temptation to sprout. Kinda like a weed on a fine trimmed lawn. Got to get them all!!!
