Why Jesus could not condemn the Woman who was caught in the very act of adultery?

A thought to add to this conversation. Upon a person's salvation , the Holy Spirit comes to indwell the person immediately. The Holy Spirit fully immerses the soul st that moment. After That , a person is / can be baptized by immersion as a testimony to others as to the decision that has already been made in the person's heart. The person's belief in the heart that Jesus Christ died on the cross ànd was buried and rose again o. The third day. His bodily resurrection gives us the chance for newness of life in Christ. And lots of churches combine baptism with becoming a member of that particular local church body of believers.

Remember this is not “Sunday School”, once a week “bible class” or ask your pastor radio program. This is “Talk Jesus”. Com. Give “Holy Scripture” back up your answer or refer to scripture in context pertaining to the post. A hint “people always get it wrong.” The reason why, he did not condemn her.❤️
Jesus did not come to condemn but to save...therefore He would not condemn. Could not isn't even a part of it.

He came to fulfilled “The Law” and warn us about His “Daddy” and to tell us what His Daddy said::eyes:
And Jesus said this too:
NASB 1977
“But I will warn you whom to fear: fear the One who after He has killed has authority to cast into hell; yes, I tell you, fear Him!“

I don’t believe, Jesus was lying:eyes:

Are You scared yet?
He coming.

PS. Can you feel that “TREMOR”?

I do!

You are going to want to run, but your legs are not going to move. For your legs got more sense than you. For your legs has declared where are we going to go?

What law did Jesus come to fulfill? You'd better know that

I believe that baptism is the baptism with the Holy Ghost at our salvation moment when we are born again of the Spirit by believing in Jesus Christ.

Look at the Gentiles in how they were saved by believing in Jesus Christ to receive the remission of sins and the gift of the Holy Ghost before they even confessed Him with their mouths or gone forward to get water baptized in His name.

Acts 10:43 To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins. 44 While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word.

1 Corinthians 12:
12 For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ. 13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit. 14 For the body is not one member, but many.

Only one drink of the One Spirit is how we were all baptized by faith in Jesus Christ.
The baptism of the Holy Spirit can come at different times as shown in the scripture. We see John the Baptist already filled with the Holy Spirit before birth in his mother's womb. For the apostles the baptism of the Holy Spirit game after Jesus death after Jesus rose to heaven and they had been waiting.

The Gentiles that were baptized into the family with the water baptism received both at the same time.

I have personally been present when a person received the water baptism and then the Lord telling me to baptize this person with the Holy Spirit afterwards

To me when I read the scripture especially were John the Baptist is talking it seems fairly clear that the two baptisms are separate events all together although both are important.

No. It is not.

Galatians 3:13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: 14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

25 But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster. 26 For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. 27 For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.

It is the Holy Spirit that draws us to Jesus and that we have to receive Jesus to be born again but the baptism in the Holy Spirit is the receiving of the Holy Spirit

Hate to burst your spiritual bubble, but the Holy Spirit would not be telling you to so any such thing.

Sue , have you ever heard the Father speak to you ? You dont forget, ever, when the Father speaks.

And you are right, it wasnt the Holy Spirit that spoke to me, it was God the Father

Bill -- what I'm saying is that which you claim that the Lord told you to do , is not Biblical.

And, yes,. I Have experienced the Holy Spirit telling me inwardly to Not do something I was going to do. And another time I had the distinct inner assurance that a certain situation would be okay.

Ahhh Do you realize that Jesus spoke the law in Matthew? Matt 22:37-40 and He did fulfill it

Jesus was asked which is the great commandment in the law. Which was answered in those next two verses.

Another aspect is that in the Old testament there were yearly sacrifices necessary for the forgiveness of sins. In the New Testament Jesus Christ became the perfect Lamb of God to die on the cross for our sins and rise again on the third day. No more sacrifices needed.

Bill. I want to make sure I'm understanding you correctly. You said that you were present when someone was baptized by immersion. And then you said that the Lord told you to baptize the person with or in the Holy Spirit. So how did you proceed to do that.

Sue You read the verses...Jesus said that ALL the law is hinged on these two laws

Not the same thing as the promise from the Father at our salvation when we are born again of the Spirit after Jesus had ascended to the Father.

John the Baptist was beheaded and was in Paradise for when Jesus had died on the cross to went there to see him along with that thief on the cross that had asked Him to remember him..
For the apostles the baptism of the Holy Spirit game after Jesus death after Jesus rose to heaven and they had been waiting.
That was when his disciples were saved at Pentecost as born again of the Spirit as the church was born that day.
The Gentiles that were baptized into the family with the water baptism received both at the same time.
There is no scripture teaching that is wat water baptism accomplished when that baptism with the Holy Ghost is how we become the sons of God. John 1:12-13
I have personally been present when a person received the water baptism and then the Lord telling me to baptize this person with the Holy Spirit afterwards
We should always test the spirits and everything we hear because when what we hear goes against scripture, then it cannot be from Him. I point out that only Jesus baptizes us with the Holy Ghost as promised from the Father in His name.

Remember how Simon had thought he could buy that power from Peter & John thinking they were the ones giving the baptism with the Holy Ghost by the laying on of their hands? They rebuked Simon and somin repented, asking the to ray to God for him that he would not be punished for having believed that.

Even when Jesus was on earth and complaints about His disciples not being able to cast out demons out of this one boy, and Jesus chastened them for having little faith and He casted the demon out. When they had asked Him why they could not do it, He said this kind cannot go out except thru prayer & fasting; as I see Him meaning giving the task to God by prayer and denying having any part in this casting out of the demons hence by fasting thus giving glory to God.
To me when I read the scripture especially were John the Baptist is talking it seems fairly clear that the two baptisms are separate events all together although both are important.
Well, to be clear, water baptism may be the other baptism along with the Holy Ghost as found in scripture but water baptism has nothing to do with making us families or with salvation but baptism with the Holy Ghost does deal with salvation by believing in Jesus Christ alone for how we become the sons of God per John 1;12-13.

The extra baptism I am speaking against is this other filling of the Holy Ghost or sometimes known as another baptism with the Holy Ghost with evidence of tongues or even as the "second blessing" when there is only one baptism with the Holy Ghost ( Ephesians 4:4-6 & Colossians 2:5-10 ) as traditions have been taught of us as occurring when we had first believed at the calling of the gospel per 2 Thessalonians 2:13-15 and no other time so we can heed this warning 2 Corinthians 11:1-4 & avoid this apostasy 1 Timothy 4:1

It is the Holy Spirit that draws us to Jesus and that we have to receive Jesus to be born again but the baptism in the Holy Spirit is the receiving of the Holy Spirit
The credit of the drawing goes to the Father.

John 6:44 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.

The Father does the revealing of the Son as well as hiding the truth.

Matthew 11:25 At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes. 26 Even so, Father: for so it seemed good in thy sight. 27 All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him.

So it is the Father that gives us to the Son to believe in Him to be saved as the will of the Father is any who believe in Jesus Christ are saved

John 6:37 All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out. 38 For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me. 39 And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day. 40 And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.

So our believing in Him is wrought by God.

John 3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. 21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

So you've learned all there is to know about it? I wish I were that smart
One thing I do perceive is, that you do have the gift of placing your words into the mouth of others. creatively like a “Boomerang”. Like effect.

But I still like you:p
