Does God love everyone?

this is a lie straight from the pits of hell that have blinded you

it includes people as well. The reason is simple: sin cannot be separated from the sinner except by the forgiveness available in Christ alone. God hates lying, yes, but lying always involves a person—a liar—who chooses to lie. God cannot judge the lie without also judging the liar.

here is a good article if you want truth
God is love 1 John 4:8 fullstop. There is no scripture that says God is hate and love at the same time.

We do not serve a God of hate. We serve a God that has righteous anger.

Question 1: Do you believe God does not love the wicked who are punished?

Question 2: As a Christian do you go to prison and say to rapists and murderers that you and God ''hate'' them?

Question 3: Do you believe God is a hypocrite? When He tells us to love our enemies in Matt 5:44, He hates His?

Question 4: Would you say that someone who says to you that they hate you, loves you? Is the very definition of love?

Question 5: After reading of Jesus being tempted in the wilderness by satan in Matt 4, would you summise from the conversations that took place that there is crystal clear evidence of Jesus hating satan?

God hates the sin, not the sinner. He desperately wants the sinners to turn away from their dark path, and warns them, but He loves them enough to warn them, for He would rather that all be His children of their own choosing.

The truth is... I don't know the answers to all these questions. But whether God loves them or hates them....
at the end of the day it doesn't matter.... they will still be cast into the lake of fire forever... whether He loves them or not.

Parent punish children they love. Dog owners put down dogs they love. Parents turn children (that they love) into the police.
You need to quit comparing God to man. He is not a man.

Ok.. there are verses that say God is love. Fine... I have no problem with that.
There are also verses that say "most" people will be thrown into the Lake of Fire... Fine... I have no problem with that either.
If the Bible says it... we need to believe it... plain and simple.

If you believe God is love... but you don't believe he will punish anyone if hell or the Lake of fire....
then you don't believe the whole Bible... only parts of it. The parts you deem are "correct".

You can bring any scripture you want. I will show you how every scripture glorifies God and does not taint Him as a God of hate.

I am concerned that in many of your posts you seem eager to isolate scriptures on God's wrath. These scriptures are hard hitting. They need to be accompanied with context and a proper understanding of God. We need to wield the word of God with skill.

We should not quote scriptures like Rev 20:15 'lake of fire', Matt 25:46 'eternal punishment' and Matt 22:13 'outer darkness' in isolation to these Rom 2:6 'God repays according to what we did', Psalm 145:17 'God is righteous in all His ways', 1 John 1:5 'God is light with no darkness in Him at all', 1 John 4:8 'God is love', Psalm 136:1 'God is good', Eph 3:18 'God wants Christians to grasp the love of God', Psalm 25:8 'God is just and fair', Num 23:19 'God does not change', Luke 12:49-51 Fire is contrasted with God's peace and John 3:19, where darkness is used as a metaphor for evil.

We should not quote ''God destroyed the wicked with a great flood'' without also explaining that God gave them 50-120 years / the time it took to build the ark as a warning. A drowning is a quick death.

We should not quote ''God destroyed Sodom mercilessly with fire'' without also explaining that the sin of Sodom was great Gen 18:20, God waited until there were less then ten righteous, God gave them a final warning with two angels, God burnt Sodom properly / the fires in Sodom were high, it looked like a furnace. Death by fire is a quick death.

A Christian has ''one'' job, 2 Cor 5:20. Lets not fail at it.

This is not the full gospel. This is a selected verses gospel. A half-truth is a whole lie.
