I am actually planning to quit christianity or give up on your God so that I can live a peaceful life But i still need some suggestion

All things work together for good for those who love God and are called according to His purposes. Rom 8:28
Forgive, and you will be forgiven. Luke 6:37

I have endured so much evil in this life. I have 3 unsolved violent attempted murder cases open, many betrayals, many thefts, pcs hacked and wrecked, phone hacked, neighbors paid off, cutting vicious slander, people turned against me with/for lies & money. I have been used, abandoned, abused, stalked, raped, stolen from, disregarded, denied employment, etc., etc., etc.

I have also witnessed God deliver me from a wicked rich man who tried many times, many ways, and with many people to kill me.
Severe stuff I am not going to post.

When someone did/does evil to me Jesus takes me in His Word (Holy Bible) to the accounts of His crucifixion and He shows me what He's done for me.

Look at things from that view: What they did TO you is nothing compared to what Jesus has done FOR you.
No one escapes God's judgement. Fear God & obey His Word. Go before His throne and tell Him you're willing to forgive them but you can't do it on your own & ask for His help. God will heal your heart and enable you to forgive them. Do not stay angry, do not stay in unforgiveness or He will turn you over to the tormentors. Love your enemies and do good to those who hate you. Be faithful to God and pray for them. Ask God to make them into new people. Do not wish evil on them, obey God.

Also remember that all who stir up strife with us fall because of us. God is merciful but He is also just. He will allow certain things but there is a point when He will strike. So get your mind on what Jesus has done for you, set your mind on things above not things of this earth, be honest and open with God and seek peace in Jesus. Trust God with all of your heart and do not depend on your own understanding. Know that God is with you and for you, but if you deny Him He will deny you.

Look what Jesus endured. Paul, David, Joseph, Job, Daniel, etc.

I have seen God's hand turn against someone who did me grievous evil. God permitted it for a time/season but has broken him and will soon remove him from among us. In fact, God is entering into judgement with 4 who have been so, so very evil to me. They cannot escape. Judgement comes after death.
Let no one, let nothing, separate you from God. You have too much to lose. Trust God, He will make all things right. Let Him heal you and help you.

Don't judge the judge. Trust God and keep going.

Never forget:
What God has done FOR you is greater than what they did TO you.
Repent and return to the Lord.

Jesus Christ is worth it.
@SheepMary sounds like our story is a lot the same. But through all the junk being done, and they finely burned my home, I had peace within.
May God bless you richly with spiritual gifts. Amen

First of all, I have found nowhere where you have mentioned who these evil people are! You come with a one line argument and expect everyone to be able to assist you. It is like reading one line from a book and expecting to know the whole plot and story. It just does not work.

If you are a genuine Christian then you should know that man is evil until he repents (turns away from his sin) seeking Gods mercy and forgiveness through Jesus Christ. After all, “all men have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23). We have sinned against God first and foremost and it is He that we must seek and be reconciled with through the atoning sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross. After this we will be able to love our neighbour as our selves and keep the rest of the commandments. Anyone in Christ should be discipled in the fundamental doctrines of the Bible which includes the attributes/doctrine of God, His Son (Jesus Christ) and the Holy Spirit and being built up on the foundation of the Apostles and the prophets (Ephesians 2:20). Knowing these you should be able to stand your ground! Read Ephesians 6. You should have now been discipled or at least are being discipled in the knowledge of the fall of man in Genesis 3 and God plan for our salvation.

No one chooses God at all, he/she is given the gospel from the Word of God and being convicted of sin, righteousness and judgement he/she repents and turns to God seeking His mercy. God then will decide to grant that mercy and forgiveness based on the genuineness of the one seeking it.

Joh 16:8 And when he (Holy Spirit) is come, he (Holy Spirit) will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment : Joh 16:9 (1) Of sin, because they believe not on me; Joh 16:10 (2) Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more; Joh 16:11 (3) Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged. (1) If one does not believe in what Jesus has accomplished on the cross, being His death, burial and (2) resurrection and (3) overcoming Satan, the god of this world through the cross then they are not in Christ and are still in the world and of the world.

Heb 4:12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. The Word of God, preached by a faithful preacher who in teaching the Word of God in the power of Gods Spirit, searches the heart of the sinner and either plants the seed there or brings conviction for sin and hopefully draws the sinner to repentance.

Joh 15:16 Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.

If you are in fellowship within a genuine bible based church with a pastor who teaches the whole council of God then you should go to him and let him assist you and pray with you. The church must act as a body under one head (Christ) so when the foot is sore the hand goes to comfort it or if there is turmoil like you have in your heart seek answers from the Word of God. A pastor or elder in the church will assist you. Going it alone is not a biblical way of doing things so seek out a genuine bible based church and you will see results.

Everything you have quoted in "Holy Scriptue' is well done. But the moment you started to speak the things of a man> You have "Adulterated your whole post and place the reader into the hands of the creature instead of "The Creator" and made the words of GOD unaffected:

Those words are unbiblical and The BIBLE does not back those words up. Those words are not the Words of GOD. and Jesus would never give such a commanded. Nor would He direct us to say such a thing.

I say this: review those words that you have said and compare and measure it by "Holy Scripture" as the standard rule for the things we say, pertaining to the Truth. Now i think you should go over each word you printed. And take them apart. and place those words in proper order. and a eliminate some.
Note: and use Ezekiel for a Ref.

If God really loved me why did he allow evil people to torment me?why did he not protect me?why did he allow those evil people to hurt me?
Dear Vijay,
Today I was reading a verse and you immediately came to mind. Then as usually happens, another verse, and another came to mind, which I have also added below for you.

"Do you think that I like to see wicked people die? says the Sovereign LORD. Of course not! I want them to turn from their wicked ways and live. Ezekiel 18:24 NLT

who wants everyone to be saved and to understand the truth. 1 Timothy 2:4 NLT

You might very well be the way by which those who have done you evil, receive the Lord and are Saved!!

Let us run with endurance the race that God has set before us. We do this by keeping our eyes on Jesus, on whom our faith depends from start to finish. He was willing to die a shameful death on the cross because of the joy he knew would be his afterward. Now he is seated in the place of highest honor beside God's throne in heaven. Think about all he endured when sinful people did such terrible things to him, so that you don't become weary and give up.

Praying for you brother.
With the Love of Christ Jesus.

P.S: I remember reading a story that was smuggled out of Mainland China about a man who was arrested for being a Christian. The guards and an interrogator threatened to kill him if he did not renounce his faith in Jesus. The man refused. This went on for days. Finally they brought into the room his only son and put a gun to his head and told the man if he didn't renounce Jesus, that they would kill his son. The man started to waiver about doing what they asked of him, because he loved his only son, but then his son spoke. Stay strong father with what you have taught me since I was young. Even if it cost me my life. With these words, the father was strengthened and told the interrogator he would not renounce his faith. The interrogator then proceeded to first kill the son, and then the father.

This story came out of this prison through one of the prison guards who was in the room that day. Who, because of the faith displayed by the father and son. Received Jesus Christ as his savior!

Stay strong my brother! You are not alone, ever!!

Is that not ironic, many know I look and watch and sometimes i say something, then other times i don't> because others can reply better than I. But 1 thing i do notice and one thing i do understand, by the words that people say. I will say this: I notice, many say: I once was a "christian and now i am not" I once was a born again christian and now I am not" " I used to be saved and now I am not"
So I thank GOD! I am not a christian! Because once you become a christian you Can Stop! I thank GOD that once I was "Born from Above' Born of GOD" Born of HIS Spirit" and wash in the BLOOD! I became A "Child of GOD" for even the UNIVERSE and The HEAVENS know this is "Truth" for the DAY I WAS BORN I will never cease to be "a Child of The Living GOD' and I cannot Stop being One of HIS SONS. "Once a Son always a Son" "I cannot Go Back up into my mothers womb":p "He that has ears to hear let him hear"! And God cannot lie! Once a Son always a Son! Jesus said: Once, there was a story about two sons.! and one wasted his living riotously. But the Father waited, for it was, HIs son.

Holman Christian Standard Bible
So he got up and went to his father. But while the son was still a long way off, his father saw him and was filled with compassion. He ran, threw his arms around his neck, and kissed him.

"A sinner is not lost, a sinner is dead! Only a true child of God can get lost, you have to be alive and living to wander and get lost.":p "Dead men don't walk"neither do they stray away!:p

Many would call it harm, God calls it "Agape", They meant it for harm, no difference The cross was meant for harm, But God meant it for Good. "But all things works together for the good to those who LOVE God and are the called according to His purpose" "There is the Potter and the Clay" We do not control the Potters hand nor the heat of His oven.

well dont mistake me brother if your God cannot protect me in times of trouble and save me from evil people I dont want HIS fake love ..Thank u ..I dont have any hatred for christians ever
I think you have already walked away from God. You use terms like "your God". I can't help but wonder if you were ever truly Christian because Jesus said He would lose none the Father had given Him. That means if you walk, then you never were Christian regardless how many times you read the bible. I think of the men in North Africa who were marched along the sea shore in orange jump suits by isis and they loved not their lives until death. They only had to renounce Christianity and they would have lived. If you are truly born of the Spirit of God you would not deny Him. Those were Christians who were TRULY hurt. Please consider this.

For the person that said they want peace from giving up on Christianity. You will not find the peace you think you will. Please know JESUS is the only peace we need to seek. For the wicked one wants you to stop trusting in our LORD.. I've been through so much in life an can tell you only thru trials I have made it through only because of my SAVIOR. Yes it's hard to be a Christian in this world but know JESUS will over come this world sooner then we know. I'm praying for you. Peace from JESUS is one of the greatest gifts we can receive. Don't let the wicked one in your life an destroy you. We all get weak but that's when JESUS us our greatest light. Ask him to help you.. My heart broke when I seen this title.. Faith thru JESUS can get you through anything in life.

If God really loved me why did he allow evil people to torment me?why did he not protect me?why did he allow those evil people to hurt me?
Hi. I felt the way you felt because of the abuse of my childhood and a molestation when I was 11 years old. I lived a life of pain and misery because I was angry at God for allowing those things to happen. My reasoning was "If you love me, God, why did you allow so many people to hurt and shame me?" I didn't expect God to answer me because I believed He didn't care.. but He did answer me and said: "I have given man fee will and will not violate my Covenant. Some will do good with the free will I have given them and some will do evil. Although I will not interfere with free will; every man will give an account for the choices they have made--whether good, or evil. I will not stop one man from harming another but I am able to heal, restore and bring new life into every area of pain. And will redeem everything that was that the thief killed, stole and destroyed from your life... if you trust me to heal you, I will make every rough road smooth, every bitter experience sweet, and what you now believe is your shame will one day be your crown."
I trusted Him to walk me through a tremendous healing season and now... just like He promised me, what I was so ashamed of is a crown of victory for me. I have ministered to hundreds of hurting people who have gone through various abuses and molestation. I can have compassion and be effective to help others because of what I have been through. You may not be able to see past your pain yet, but I can promise you (because He promises) that if you trust Him to lead you through your darkness... He will bring health and healing to your spirit, your soul, and your body. He will remove the sting of all that has happened to you and bring peace and rest to you from the innermost places of your heart. If you need someone to help you. I will make myself available to help you get to the other side of your pain.

I have been trying to leave God unsuccessfully for years now. I also have evil people tormenting me, and it quite often raises a question as if God is a magnet for all this evil. Recently I've read the book of Psalms and David pleads with God to give him flight and take him away from all the evil people and hide him in the clefts of rocks. By obeying the commands of Jesus, I actually accomplished that literally. I had to do it myself though. Still, as always though it's as if God refuses to take it any further than that and insists on hanging on a string.
I think we all knew though, that honestly God says this would happen in the scripture when signing up for it. That
he might purposely make it unbearable. If God were to destroy all evil, he would take out his rage on both sides and even hurt his own prophets doing so.
I can't say much more than that without being a hypocrite.

The fact that you survived it should show you that God never abandoned you. How do you think Jesus Christ felt when they tortured Him and murdered Him and He went to hell as an innocent man who never sinned? He took on all the Sins of the world so that God would reject Him and He could go to hell to conquer it FOR YOU and you want to REJECT Him? You weren't murdered! We all have evil people do things to us but it is to make us stronger for things to come. That way when things get really tough for everyone, you will be able to lead the weak and help the children because God has prepared you to be a WARRIOR and handle it. But you don't care about that because you have a victim mindset instead of a survivor mentality. Do you think the devil loves you? I would rethink the situation if I were you and find the areas of your life where it could be worse and that is where you will find your blessings.

I read the whole bible 2 times..WHY Did God allow me to be tormented very badly? if he says he will save me?i am sorry I am in hurt extremely ..no one can save me ..I am planning to become an agnostic atheist for lifetime ..My life will be at peace once if I leave the myth called God ..
If you are planning to become atheist you certainly are not Christian now. And you will not find peace as an atheist. It's because you are not believing and doubting that you have no peace. It will only get worse if you abandon God entirely.

There's only one God. And he's the Lord God. I believe in him... I can't always understand why people make a choice to not believe in him... Its a sad thing to know people would be upset at my King who paid to redeem them from their sins..
I hope you will consider confessing Jesus as Lord with your mouth and believing God raised him from the dead this day...
Because when you do you will feel a new life in Christ, his burden is light... The flesh will begin to feel disgusting and you be eager for a testimony of bearing fruit..
Just believe is my advice and do it because God is true and is a rewarder of those earnest seekers of him...
I love you. And my love don't compare to the love of the Father towards you because he loves us enough to die for us and give us life if we choose--to accept!

First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, for kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way. This is good, and it is pleasing in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all, which is the testimony given at the proper time.
1 Timothy 2:1‭-‬6 ESV

This thread doesn't make sense. Granted I didn't read the whole thread. But either Jesus is Lord or he is not. If he is not then what does it matter what you "choose" believe?
But if Jesus truly is the son of the Living God and soon coming king of the universe who was crucified for us so that we could have a way to come into the presence of the one and only true and living God then we need to believe or we are going to hell. Simple!
From the opening statement I can't help but think this man does not know Jesus. If he did he would not be threatening to leave no matter what the persecution.
The fact is Jesus is exactly who the bible says he is. The bible proves this. You may have read the bible twice but I would say you haven't believed it once.
So why don't you believe it?
This book is over 2000 years old. It was put together from many letters and scrolls written by many different believers at different times. Yet it flows from start to finish with one theme. Yes there are a few errors in the historical nature such as one demonic in a cave in Matthew and 2 demonics in Luke. But everything it says about a coming Messiah and his murder and resurrection flow in perfect harmony from Genesis to Revelation. The prophecies in scripture prove beyond doubt for any serious student that the bible has to be true. Not only those that have already unfolded but also what we see today.
How could they have known the state of the earth today back in Jesus time?
Israel was dispersed throughout the nations for almost 1900 years and then reborn as a nation in 1948. Just as scripture said it would be. Why does Israel even exist after all of this time? And why does Islam exist in this day and age? All of the nations surrounding Israel today are Muslim. Read Ezekiel 38 and Psalm 87. The nations mentioned there are the same nations today and hate Israel. Why does Islam even exist today after all these years?
Then there is Babylon the Great. How did they know 2000 years ago that the Vatican colors would be scarlet and purple? How did they know that the Vatican would be guilty of killing so many believers in Jesus? How did they know that the EU would exist today with many nations but only 10 controlling nations? How did they know just how wicked these people would be?
How could Daniel have known there would be a 7 year covenant in the time of the end? Yet here we have the European Partnership Instrument which was first signed in 2007 and then in 2014 and is about to be renewed again on Jan 1st 2021.
And that is just a few of the "coincidences" related to bible prophecy.
So if all of this proves that the bible is true then why can't you believe it. It tells you that Christians will be persecuted.
If you have repented of your sins and accepted Jesus as your Lord then you will live forever in his presence. Those who reject him are doomed to eternal punishment. Why in the world would you choose to leave him? He took the cross for you. He is not just a fable as is Santa Clause and the Easter bunny. He is the Almighty Son of The Living God. The only reason you would even think of leaving him is if you never knew him.
Have you received the Holy Ghost? You are powerless without him. Not everyone who believes has received the Holy Ghost because they are not taught of him in many denominations. I have prayed and felt power pass from my hand and seen a man heeled instantly. There are hundreds of Christians around the globe rising up with an anointing that defies logic. People are being raised from the dead all around the globe. And it is just beginning. God is pouring out the latter rain. But you need the Holy Ghost to walk in it.
Do you have anger issues? Are you full of forgiveness or are your thoughts consumed by hatred for those who persecute you?
Get your mind off of them and Cry out to Jesus. And don't give up until he answers. He cares for you but he can't help you if you don't reach out to him in earnest. You connection is your faith. If you truly believe that he is who he says he is then you have faith. Start banging on his door through prayer, and don't stop until you get an answer.

who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or war?

as it is written, For Thy Sake We Are Killed All The Day Long; We Are Accounted As Sheep For The Slaughter. Romans 8:35-36

I know you are hurting, but you are not alone in your pain. God's plan is often not ours. His timing is not ours. God loves us all - he wants to save as many of us as possible. You need God more than ever to help you shine like a bright star in the midst of a storm. Remember, Jesus was rejected, beaten, and nailed to a cross. All will be held accountable in God's time. Please read Romans 8:35-39

If a person is really born of God's Spirit, they are a new creature (both eternal and temporal as one). Being a follower of Jesus in the truest sense (Romans 8:9) is not like joining a group or club. If one is really a child of God (literally HIS child) one cannot quit being a child of God any more than one can quit being a biological child of their earthly mother or father. You can turn from them or decide to not have anything to do with them or reject them and all they could or would provide for you but you cannot quit being what and who you are, so perhaps you were never a real Christian in the first place (1 John 2:19)....

Always remember to pray "thy will be done" in prayer because that is alligning our will with Gods sovereign will! ✝

This is very true but can a person who was not a child of God become one as children are adopted? I was just wondering.

Yes! You can accept Jesus as Your Savior. Take a few minutes to pray to God, acknowledging and repenting for your sinful nature. Be honest with God if you are struggling with doubts or need clarity. When we accept Jesus into our hearts, he sends us a helper( the Holy Spirit).

John 14:15-16 If you love me, keep my commandments.

And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another comforter, that he may abide with you forever.

Galatians 3:26 For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.

This is very true but can a person who was not a child of God become one as children are adopted? I was just wondering.
The short answer is yes.

The long answer is located in the Gospel according to John Chapter 1...
❤"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe. He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light. That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. John bare witness of him, and cried, saying, This was he of whom I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me: for he was before me. And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace. For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ. No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him."
