If God really loved me why did he allow evil people to torment me?why did he not protect me?why did he allow those evil people to hurt me?
God gave us all freewill, not only the ones who are "nice", because you cannot choose to be kind or do well, or love, or serve, at all, unless you have * freewill *. God respects everyone's decisions, even the evil and wrong ones. It * doesn't * mean He supports or approves of those decisions, but that He allows and acknowledges those choices that were made and by whom. We are not automatons; we're living beings. What we say, feel, think, and do matters, and it has consequences and rewards which are due unto us, though we may be relieved of the punishments through Salvation paid by Grace, should we receive of our own * freewill *, or reject those good things due unto us, and even those gifts which are offered of our Father's freewill -- for He makes decisions, too!
The world was not made for us as singular individuals, as if a video game that many are simply playing a copy of, and all the other people out there are Non-Playable Characters with predesigned responses and interactions. In a game, the bad guys have a certain look about them. In real life, you can learn to discern appearances, and God can grant you discernment of spirits beyond what appearances could possibly tell you, especially short-term. They are human beings with troubles, hurts, hopes, goals, potentials for good or evil, and they too get attacked, led astray, and want better, without often knowing what that is, how to attain it, or even having the ability to do so. Our Father isn't desiring your hurt. He is allowing those people the same opportunities He is giving you, and the rest of us.
We are children He is raising, and your neighbor, sibling, friend stole your toy, hit you in the face, and shoved your face in the sand. What would a good, reasonable, loving father do to resolve this matter between His two kids when He walks up to the sandbox?
You only get about 18 years before you are counted as an adult in human society. God gives us longer. He's still raising your parents, grandparents, and great grandparents. And some of us learn slower than others. The ultimate goal is to Learn, the lesson is to Love, and the reward is Life in Jesus/Yahoshua (Hebrew _ Iēsoûs Greek).
