When will the rapture take place?

The varied teachings of the Rapture are of the minds of men and vanities of vanity.

lightwait, I`m laying this scripture in front of you one more time.

"The Lord himself will come down from heaven with a word of authority, with the voice of the chief angel, with the sound of a horn: and the dead in Christ will come to life first; Then we who are still living will be taken up together with them into the clouds to see the Lord in the air: and so will we be for ever with the Lord. So then, give comfort to one another with these words."

You say there is no "collective" catching away...

What do you consider this phrase "taken up together" to mean?

Together...not collective...separate...one by one?

Act 1:11 and said, "Men of Galilee, why do you stand looking into heaven? This Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will come in the same way as you saw him go into heaven."

You say Christ comes to us one by one and sups with us...no appearing in the Heavens for a collective catching away of the Saints...

What do you consider "the same way" to mean?

The same way...different...not as he went?

This is a direct quote from angels, not something men wrote on a whim.

Earthly scholars may be wrong...but there is one scholar...the author of the Scripture who cannot be wrong. So seeing the "rapture" (or the catching away of the saints) and Christs coming (in the same manner as He left) is written so plainly about in Gods Word, I can only conclude the vanity you keep speaking about is your own. You know there are some things written so plainly a child can understand, and this subject (leaving aside the question of the time of Christs appearing) is one of them. So what need is there for any of us to boast?

I beg you all to read this Colossians passage and listen to its intent:

2:1 For I would that ye knew what great conflict I have for you, and for them at Laodicea, and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh;
2 That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ;
3 In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.
4 And this I say, lest any man should beguile you with enticing words.
5 For though I be absent in the flesh, yet am I with you in the spirit, joying and beholding your order, and the stedfastness of your faith in Christ.
6 As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him:
7 Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.
8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.
9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.
10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:
11 In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:
12 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.
13 And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;
14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;
15 And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.
16 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:
17 Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.
18 Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,
19 And not holding the Head, from which all the body by joints and bands having nourishment ministered, and knit together, increaseth with the increase of God.
20 Wherefore if ye be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances,
21 (Touch not; taste not; handle not;
22 Which all are to perish with the using; ) after the commandments and doctrines of men?
23 Which things have indeed a shew of wisdom in will worship, and humility, and neglecting of the body; not in any honour to the satisfying of the flesh.
3:1 If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.
2 Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.
3 For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.
4 When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.

The simplicity is this:
When we are saved we are raised with Christ Jesus. Christ Jesus is in us and we are in Him. His life is manifest in our mortal flesh. The world sees Christ in us and upon we who are saved—we appear with Him and in His glory. We preach the Gospel of the Kingdom and others are saved and raised with Christ Jesus. As each gets saved, the trumpet blows. This process happens until all nations (ethnic groups) hear and accept or reject the Gospel—then the end comes. The resultant is that the whole world sees Christ Jesus in and upon those who are saved—the body of Christ Jesus. At the last trump—Death is swallowed up in victory. "But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ." These are the reasons we must "first" seek the Kingdom of God and His righteousness—so none will perish and the world might be saved.

Blessings

You are attempting to make the coming of Christ and the bodily catching away of the Saints a spiritual event, that happens at the time of salvation. None of the scripture you have used, indeed there are none written, that support your personal view.

That being said, what you are preaching is a heresy, and you have been asked to refrain from teaching it here, twice...

Personally...I`m still waiting...strangely enough Paul said he was too...

Tit 2:13 ESV Waiting for our blessed hope, the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ.
