May i ask this question? What is "a positive difference" concerning a " born again believer? And who are the ones that can "Interpret" this outcome of what it is? And who is this event important too?............ Just 3 short questions.

The one extreme positive difference i know personally... Our wife beating, drug dealing, thieving, woman chasing, non working etc. son-in-law. The last time he was in jail , DUI i think, the Lord got a hold of that boy
The difference in him was so pronounced it shows in photos he went from looking evil like a evil wolfdog to looking like a nice young man! His actions match his new look. He raised his kids alone one is a godly man we dont talk about the other. about 35 years ago

And I told them, and you are NOT bad enough to stop me!
