When I was "ordained" into The Ministries we all called ourselves by our last name. Most of the time, not by title, but last name, just like when I played Football. A good example is water baptism by full immersion. In total defiance of the scriptures many churches claim that this is not necessary, but still claim that "believers" are born again because they did something approved of
by their church.
God has laid out clearly what is required to be born new again in the NT and God only recognises this obedience.
John 4:
23 But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshippers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for such the Father seeks to worship him. 24 God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.”

God's grace is sufficient for us all, and it is upon HIS grace that I am saved, indeed born again. God's grace is HIS unwarranted favor, and HE forgives sins. However, one sin is unforgivable, i.e., rejecting the Lord. The Lord has said in HIS command - HIS imperative - that you must be born again. Do you reject the Lord's imperative command to be born again? If you don't, why can't you proclaim as much? Your early reply is not an affirmation that you are born again; it's an excuse to avoid answering the question asked. I discern you are either not born again or ashamed to say - to write for the world to see - "I am born again."

The exclusivity of the Lord Jesus's imperative that you must be born again is offensive to those who are perishing, as offensive as the MESSAGE of the CROSS, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.

I am born again from above because I follow the imperative of Jesus and have been baptized with the HOLY SPIRIT. I also belueve in the triune nature of God, i.e., that God is one God who exists in three co-eternal persons - Father Son Holy Spirit.
