May God's wisdom fill our minds .Thanks for the reply. It is something I keep on the back burner on candle simmer. It’s a little lengthy hope you can bear with my rambling.
Satan is the opposing spirit (singular) he has no DNA. He needs DNA to perform his deception .The father of lies used a serpent who at one time was the most beautiful creature in the garden by putting his lying thoughts on its forked tongue mankind was corrupted. The glory of God departed . Or Peter in Mathew 16 when the spirit of error Satan rebuked the Son of man Jesus forbiding him from doing the will of His unsen father. . again to show the spirit of error has no form or substance
That I believe can be seen in the way of describing the work of one antichrist (singular Satan) who works in many antichrists (many humans) . . a legion of lying spirits coming from one source the opposing spirit of error. Again Peter was used as one of antichrists that were there another kind of teacher in the end forbidding the Son of man, Jesus from performing the good news the gospel of our salvation.
The Holy Spirit demanded that the antichrist Satan get behind him not seen and not Peter seen . He had no faith as a desire to do the will and fled the scene. The Lord rebuked that spirit of lies . Get behind me, not Peter seen.
Reminding us to walk by faith the unsen eternal.

Peter was forgiven of his blasphemy against the Son of man seen. . it cannot be forgiven against the Holy Spirit not seen
On one occasion Jesus asked one of the antichrists his name he said legion for we are many . One name to represent many or all.

He is also called the man of sin because without mankind (DNA) he has no voice. In that way no man can serve two teaching authorities as one good master and Lord, not seen.
The same spirit of error is shown as the antichrist (false teacher) working in Saul the first king of Israel as one of the legion of antichrists (another teaching master) Saul had been cut off from all manners of prophecy the one true teaching master. .
When inquiring of a Witch through necromancy the question came up. . how does the witch identify the one in a hope of communing with that which is called workers (legion) with a familiar spirit in the Bible, a legion (gods) came up? A image as a description or idol image a teraphim like the one Rachel hid from her father was needed to put a face on the legion . God sent a strong delusion so that Saul could continue to seek after the legion. In the end Saul bowed down to the dust from where he came from .

The bowing of oneself to oneself.
Another example is displayed in the New Testament again of the work of what I call “the legion of gods" plural It would be trusting in the things seen as evidence (the temporal seen ) rather than that of one God doing his unseen work in mankind.
Those who have no faith as it is written made the apostles in Acts 14 into a legion of Greek gods after the philosophies of this world and not after Christ.
There the unseen power of the gospel is preached and God moving Paul to place his hands on the person as request he might be healed .Hands equal the will in the Bible .In that way like the folding of hands or bowing down it is a pear to God. Those that witnessed falsely attributed the work of healing to the literally hands of the apostles. They created the apostles in their own Imagination or image in effect saying .the legion has come down in the likeness of humans .They di not mix faith the eternal in the gospel understanding.
Acts14 :7-12 And there they preached the gospel.And there sat a certain man at Lystra, impotent in his feet, being a cripple from his mother's womb, who never had walked: The same heard Paul speak: who stedfastly beholding him, and perceiving that he had faith to be healed, Said with a loud voice, Stand upright on thy feet. And he leaped and walked. And when the people saw what Paul had done, they lifted up their voices, saying in the speech of Lycaonia, The gods (legion) are come down to us in the likeness of men. And they called Barnabas, Jupiter; and Paul, Mercurius, because he was the chief speaker.
The same applies to the Ten Commandments it could read . #1 Thou shall have no legion before me. rather than other gods

Really? Then how could he deceive all of mankind (men and woman) like he did with Adam and Eve with the serpent??. Or Peter who forbid the Son of Man Jesus from doing the will of the father not seen. . The father gave the Son of man Jesus the prophet words to rebuke the father of lies.
The Son of man Jesus had no power to rebuke .Only the unseen Lord has that power to rebuke the unseen un-clean spirits .jesus again and again declared not as I will but you unsen wills and empower the beleiver.
Peter was forgiven of his blasphemy against the Son of man seen (flesh and blood) . Blasphemy will not be forgiven against the Holy Spirit not seen .HThe Lord or Father is the source of the unseen faith that works in sons of God. (Believers.)
The Holy Father said to the spirit of error "get behind me or support me not seen (walk by faith) not after flesh and blood Peter seen .We do not wrestle against flesh and blood and neither are we strengthened by it . We have the treasure of that power in these earthen corrupted bodies of death but would never assume it is of us. (2 Corinthians 4:7)
Clearly the Lord unseen was not calling Peter “Satan”. The Lord spoke through Jesus the prophet The Lord said to Peter. . rebuking the spirit of error Lucifer that has no DNA.

I would think it has to do on how the word "messenger" is used . Change the meaning of one word change the intent or subject matter . In that way we must care full to hear his understanding or faithfulness .
Angel is one word that has seemed to lost something in the translation. Messenger is left with the idea of a angelic being (Angelos Greek) . In the Hebrew angel the Greek foundation is used also( angel) .Rather than the Hebrew word Malik (messenger). Why not a Malik of the Lord from the Hebrew root ?
No man has ascended save him whose eternal Spirit that dwelt in him from birth the Son of man. . .they who works as one were in constant communication .
The Son of God as the Son of man(flesh and blood0 delighted in doing the will of the unseen Father who did ascend to the third heaven ,

When entertaining people we do not know beforehand remember they could be Christians bringing the gospel or looking for strength from the gospel. How beautiful are their feet shod with the gospel .
Sons of God (believers) are "sent ones" given a desire "to go" from above. . Defining the word apostle with no other meaning added to it is needed to rightly divide. .
The first recorded apostle is Abel. . he found rest with Christ yoked with His Spirit .He is also the first martyr that died bringing the gospel .His faithless atheistic brother Cain plowed him under the corn field .It established the pagan foundation; "out of sight out of mind." No need to believe in a God not seen by a work of His faith working in the creature .God calls them fools.
Below if we were to accredit the word messenger as a angel that could ascend to the third heaven the storeroom of faith it would negate He that came down from heaven. One demonstration is all that was promised in Isaiah 53 .The Father and Son working creating the peace of God according to His understanding .. . the scriptures
In that way I see many angels as apostles on this forum . It’s our responsibility to rightly divide in order to seek His unseen approval .

And i want you to fully understand, just because the Lord has asked me to do a task, and i know what that is. Does not place me above anyone, infact i see myself even more as the servant .
It is interesting, as the Father will call me son ( as he calls all sons and daughters ) . And i always talk to God the Father. Yet in my mind , i am still the servant.
I have responcibilities to all here , not to go to far , too deep . Because i am not here to put out the flickering flame or break the bending reed.
This is why i can never talk of my own experiences with God. Even though a few would understand some. Your own faith limits you, when faith and love have no ending in God.
It is like talking of a simple thing as the Gifts of the Holy Spirit. There are no limits to the Gifts. But some will say there are only 7 as only 7 are mentioned specifically.
Here again is the problem of not paying attention to the whole of scripture. Nor taking time to LISTEN to what Jesus and the Apostles say . " Not all was written down "
If we are to look at what Jesus says, He is the Cornerstone . Then we understand , He isnt the whole building. But the whole building is based on the Cornerstone.
It is Faith in Gods Love that fulfills us. And all the Gifts of the Holy Spirit are avalible to all. The only limit to the Gifts is your ability to believe in them

You do not comprehend the spiritual well. In your mind everything has to have some physical component. This thinking is not correct and sounds somewhat New Agess to me. ( they have a lot of odd concepts )
You can look at when God made the earth as an example. Did God have to become physical to create the heavens and the earth ?
God spoke and it became.
The devil can tempt you just by setting ideas in your mind. Deception is his game. He absolutely hates mankind.

The question remains what kind of DNA did Satan have when put his lying thoughts of Peter's lips.. . when Peter rebuked Jesus? Why did he simply not shift change into Jesus? Why Peter? Or again what kind of DNA did the father of lies have when he displayed his lying wonders on Adam and Eve .? It would make no sense to say he can shift change? We walk by faith the unseen eternal to begin with . Did the Holy Spirit shift change when he put his prophecy on the lips of Balaam’s Ass?
Remember God is no longer adding to his book of prophecy ,But the deceiver is still coming with all power accompanied with a strong delusion from God needed to believe the lying prophecy

Legion wouldn't be "one" spirit, but many. ( Mark 5:9; Luke 8:30; )
Satan controls the demons, but he isn't all the demons.
Eph 2:2; says he is the prince of the power of the air, air itself doesn't have a body.
Satan is not a creation as inspired from heaven but rather the other side of the coin earthly inspired of the devil (singular). . God did not say let there be many liars as demons . Mankind dead in tresspases and sin does not need a teacher in that way .

I am praying for Texas . As well as many other states ( people ) . Im a truck driver and stopped at a truckstop with an open diner . Southern Tennessee. My fellow driver , who is from Laredo , Tx tells me it was 19 yesterday in Laredo. And another friend of mine who lives south east of Dallas tells me they are experiencing rolling blackouts.
Here in Tennessee, the roads are almost undrivable , especailly the secondary roads , all ice.

The legion is a word reprisenting over a thousand . And in the case of legoin demons , they went into a heard of pigs .
The pigs were significant as they were an animal who meat is forbiden by God. Yet a Jewish farmer was raising them. That would be like with some Amish who dont believe in technology , yet work on boats and travil in cars . It would be like an anti gun activist working at a gun factory.

I think it is important to confine ourselves to the words and terms that the Holy Spirit uses, and not introduce terms which are alien to Scripture, such as DNA for example, because such terms can bring error in their wake.
I see you have coined some new words here, 'oppositter' and 'hypocritter' (very descriptive!) -
- The word, Satan itself means 'Adversary', as you will know; or the one who resists or withstands. In Revelation 12:9 Satan is identified with the dragon of the apocalypse., the serpent of the garden of Eden, and with the new testament title, 'the Devil'. The reference in Romans 16:20 'the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly' also links Satan to the serpent of Genesis 3.We are not told 'How?' or 'Why?' Satan came into the creation of God, are we? Though the presence of evil is recognised, and also the fact that Satan has great power. The conflict of the ages is revealed in the word of God, and we see Satan constantly seeking to thwart God's plan and purpose.
* As to the question that heads this thread, 'Does Jesus love Satan'?
To the Lord Jesus, as One Who sought to accomplish God's purposes and to do His work; Satan was His enemy, and opposed both Him, and the work that He had come to do. So I do not believe that the Lord Jesus Christ loved Satan. No!

Most Bible scholars take this to be a parallel prophecy. There really was a king of Tyre, and a lot of this pertains to him.
However, Ezekiel would have written this close to 4500 years after the flood. So it's very unlikely that the king of Tyre was the cherub (angel) in the garden.
Ezek 28:1 The word of the LORD came again to me, saying,
Ezek 28:2 "Son of man, say to the leader of Tyre, 'Thus says the Lord GOD, "Because your heart is lifted up And you have said, 'I am a god, I sit in the seat of gods In the heart of the seas'; Yet you are a man and not God, Although you make your heart like the heart of God—
Ezek 28:3 Behold, you are wiser than Daniel; There is no secret that is a match for you.
Ezek 28:4 "By your wisdom and understanding You have acquired riches for yourself And have acquired gold and silver for your treasuries.
Ezek 28:5 "By your great wisdom, by your trade You have increased your riches And your heart is lifted up because of your riches—

Satan is a created being. He was once a "good angel" who rebelled and turned bad. Verse 16 says he was cast out of heaven. In Luke 10:18; Jesus says He saw this happen.
Isaiah 14 is similar. Another prophecy about the king of Babylon.
Isa 14:12; "How you have fallen from heaven, O star of the morning, son of the dawn! (Lucifer) You have been cut down to the earth, You who have weakened the nations!
Isa 14:13; "But you said in your heart, 'I will ascend to heaven; I will raise my throne above the stars of God, And I will sit on the mount of assembly In the recesses of the north.
Isa 14:14; 'I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High.'
Isa 14:15; "Nevertheless you will be thrust down to Sheol, To the recesses of the pit.

It's very likely this being that will be locked in the pit, is the same being referenced in Rev 20:1-3;

The (dead) saints were being held there by Satan. But Jesus descended into the Earth and set them free. After He was crucified He said all authority in heaven and Earth has been given to me.
Now I'm the one with the keys to Hades. I'm the one who has the power to set them free. ( Rev 1:18; ) Matt 28:18;

Satan is a created being. He was once a "good angel" who rebelled and turned bad. Verse 16 says he was cast out of heaven. In Luke 10:18; Jesus says He saw this happen.
Isaiah 14 is similar. Another prophecy about the king of Babylon.
Isa 14:12; "How you have fallen from heaven, O star of the morning, son of the dawn! (Lucifer) You have been cut down to the earth, You who have weakened the nations!
Isa 14:13; "But you said in your heart, 'I will ascend to heaven; I will raise my throne above the stars of God, And I will sit on the mount of assembly In the recesses of the north.
Isa 14:14; 'I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High.'
Isa 14:15; "Nevertheless you will be thrust down to Sheol, To the recesses of the pit.
Isa 14:16; "Those who see you will gaze at you, They will ponder over you, saying, 'Is this the man who made the earth tremble, Who shook kingdoms,
Isa 14:17; Who made the world like a wilderness And overthrew its cities, Who did not allow his prisoners to go home?'
It's very likely this being that will be locked in the pit, is the same being referenced in Rev 20:1-3;
Rev 20:1; Then I saw an angel coming down from heaven, holding the key of the abyss and a great chain in his hand.
Rev 20:2; And he laid hold of the dragon, the serpent of old, who is the devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years;
Rev 20:3; and he threw him into the abyss, and shut it and sealed it over him, so that he would not deceive the nations any longer, until the thousand years were completed; after these things he must be released for a short time.
Isa 14:17; .. "did not allow his prisoners to go home"
Eph 4:8; Therefore it says, "WHEN HE ASCENDED ON HIGH, HE LED CAPTIVE A HOST OF CAPTIVES, AND HE GAVE GIFTS TO MEN."
Eph 4:9; Now this expression, "He ascended," what does it mean except that He also had descended into the lower parts of the earth?
Eph 4:10; He who descended is Himself also He who ascended far above all the heavens, so that He might fill all things.
I don't have time to really cover this here, and this thread is about God loving Satan anyway. But there was a place called Abrahams Bosom in Sheol.
The (dead) saints were being held there by Satan. But Jesus descended into the Earth and set them free. After He was crucified He said all authority in heaven and Earth has been given to me.
Now I'm the one with the keys to Hades. I'm the one who has the power to set them free. ( Rev 1:18; ) Matt 28:18;

Dear Brother,
This may be true for some people, but not for most who are walking with the Lord. Why do I say this? Because it's not the Rapture or when it happens or if it happens that my focus is on, but on Christ. That is who I look forward too, whenever the time arrives when He calls me home to Him! Now, many may hang their hats on the Rapture happening so as to avoid the Tribulation, whether this happens during, or after, or even if, but then they have the wrong perspective. It's not the event in and of itself that is important, as is the Tribulation in and of itself. All they do for us, at least all it should be doing, is letting us know that our Lord's return is drawing closer. Alleluia!
So, as you say that someone places their hope in pre-trib, or any event happening at any particular time. Then as I said before, they need to readjust their outlook from what, to who, and that who is our Lord Jesus Christ! That way they'll never be disappointed in the outcome in the life they are being lead in!

I think it is important to confine ourselves to the words and terms that the Holy Spirit uses, and not introduce terms which are alien to Scripture, such as DNA for example, because such terms can bring error in their wake.
I see you have coined some new words here, 'oppositter' and 'hypocritter' (very descriptive!) -
We are not told 'How?' or 'Why?' Satan came into the creation of God, are we? Though the presence of evil is recognised, and also the fact that Satan has great power. The conflict of the ages is revealed in the word of God, and we see Satan constantly seeking to thwart God's plan and purpose.
* As to the question that heads this thread, 'Does Jesus love Satan'?
To the Lord Jesus, as One Who sought to accomplish God's purposes and to do His work; Satan was His enemy, and opposed both Him, and the work that He had come to do. So I do not believe that the Lord Jesus Christ loved Satan. No!

its something I have ben loking into for a while. I would suggest one way to look at it is in the in the day that the father of lies was created.
Remember the glory of God had not departed. . corruption had not begun its work of death when God did corrupt the whole creation by reason of His way (Genesis 6:12) . The whole creation prior to the fall was filled with the glory of God. The glorious beauty of creation every precious stone was the covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold:
The same kind of metaphor it would seem used in Aarons breastplate (Exodus 28:17-19) Again glory, glory, glory. The same kind with 12 stones used to represent the golden measure of faith when the glory of God returns. Revelation 21:18-20

There was no error , flaw or lie in Lucifer when he was created. He was created perfect as all the Angels were .
We like the Angels have a free will , and all have a conscience , and think and wonder. With Lucifer he experienced ambition. And like the King of Egypt , felt he had no equal ( except God ) . He became enamored, and prideful . Seeing himself as above all. His passions grew , and had no bounds.
Then the day came when God revealed mankind to him . And that they would be less than the Angels while on earth, and greater than the Angels in Heaven.
Lucifer could not contain himself any longer . He openly opposed Gods plan , a third of the Angels felt similar to his thoughts opposing the will of God. Then Lucifer declared himself equal to God. To which Micheal ( a lowly gaurdian ) declared , " who is like unto God " .
Micheal lead the charge against the rebelling Angels, sealing thier fate . Micheal was given the highest status any Angel can recieve , becoming an Arch Angel.
