This entire farce is built on the idea that President Trump committed espionage. Nobody on this planet loves Free America more than Donald J. The primary reason for the Search Warrant was based on Obstruction of Justice because when he received the subpoena from the National Archives he had already been asked twice to return the documents (he said no which is a violation of his Constitutional obligation). If he had just returned them none of this would be happening. He returned SOME claiming the others were declassified later in June his attorney wrote Wray (a Trump Appointee) and said they looked and there were no Classified documents at Trumps residence (he also lied). Just info from the accounting of the National Archives, trump employed witnesses, and the some docs they had showed sufficient evidence to merit a Search so Trumps FBI guy went to a Trump appointed Judge who also found sufficient evidence for a Search Warrant (not the Democrats) and felt it essential to make it a no-Knock Warrant so Trump could not hide or destroy more evidence and lo and behold Trump's guy found 11 more boxes some of which were highly classified materials....do suspicion of Espionage is a FOX lie the Espionage Act of 1917 NAY HAVE application it is included third on the Warrant and only as matter of possibility (depending on his intent which they will never prove). But no. It is NOT built on Espionage but Obstruction which he undoubtedly committed

no it isn't although that was one possibility for taking them (illegally). But he violated his Presidential commitment to the United States and its Constitution. That is not a farce, he was caught. He stole them because he did not acquire proper authorization and then kept them despite multiple requests to return them (since he had lost and was no longer the President). the problem is that even if he still was the President he still could not take classified documents away and keep them (PERIOD)!

He did exactly what every president I know from Ike and forward to this day has done for their personal libraries. And the FBI stole their passports also.

I am totally amazed at the willingness of my brothers and sisters to absorb misinformation and unfounded claims as if they are real without actually doing their research. The truth will set you free. So first please access the non-Partisan National Archives website and explore declassifying documents to burst the brainwashing that believes these were "declassified" at any time and secondly realize and admit that Donald Trump re-vamped the FBI as president and put all HIS people in positions of authority. The Director of the FBI (Wray) IS a man who was appointed and praised by Donald Trump himself.

Now the proper procedural protocol for "declassifying" documents is carefully outlined and permissible in most cases by a U.S. President while in office so long as they follow the outlined Protocols and obtain the proper authorization. Donald Trump did none of these things and his own staffers (that he approved of and appointed) have reported that they saw him tearing up some of the Docs and flushing some down the Toilet. But that is not the worst of it. The brainwashed do not realize that DJT WAS contacted and asked politely twice to return the documents NOT DECLASSIFIED that were illegally taken from the White House. He refused. So they issued a LEGAL subpoena to have them returned but he refused again. So they THEN handed the issue over to the FBI and the DOJ (which is again proper Legal protocol).

The Trump appointed head of the FBI, seeing that Trump refused to comply appropriately (legally) brought the evidence for this violation of the law to a GOP Judge who decided there certainly was sufficient evidence to merit a legal Search Warrant. He made it no-Knock because of the nature of the removal and hiding of the Docs. It was assumed by this formerly Trump praised Judge that he must not be allowed to destroy or hide them (another likely possibility).

He did NOT declassify these and he only (after the Subpoena) gave back a few boxes (still containing damning evidence) and the legal Warrant based search (which he would have avoided by being honest and just returning them) yielded 11 more boxes some classified and some marked Top Secret.

Also though I am not a Democrat I can see that Obama took no boxes of Classified Documents with him. The Documents sent to Chicago were properly accounted for and released by the non-Partisan National Archives just as they had done doe Geo. Bush Jr. before him.

No one "Took" his passports. The two expired ones (one normal and the Diplomatic one) and one legitimate one were found IN the boxes and immediately (the phone records and e-mail records prove) he was contacted and have been returned.

Now for some psychology. A grandiose Narcissist creates conflict and controversy on purpose. This is how they get their supply;. Dear Brother Paul,
Actually the President is the ultimate/final classification authority. If he says they are not classified, then they aren't. Anybody else must do the required forms requirement prior to making that type of determination, not so the President. Of course, follow-up paperwork to that affect must be done, but I don't know what the timeline for that is, but it doesn't have to be done prior to the President making the determination (verbal) is fine.

Oh, by the way, they (DJT) were polite in the asking??? You know this how??? LOL You critique and call people "brainwashed" who don't trust the Federal Government??? Mayhap, some are too trusting???
Now, I won't accuse the FBI of being the initiator of this search, but rather the DOJ since they had to sign off on the warrant. Plus, I don't see why it was done now, because if it was so expedient due to National Security, then why did the Director of the DOJ sit on approving the warrant for near enough 3 weeks??? Logic tells you if it's that necessary, then it would have been approved immediately and not held on to for weeks. Even the most accepting/approving of the Governments actions should be asking themselves this question.

No one "Took" his passports??? Oh, they magically appeared in one of the boxes they took with them!!! Which means that they were slipshod in what they took, and probably didn't follow what was on the warrant if they were just filling up boxes with whatever they could find. Also, since they were there for over 9 hours, there should have been no excuse for this!!! They had enough time to search catalogue and remove what was covered by the warrant, leaving everything else alone and in its place. However, this does bring into question the possibility of them taking documents that they shouldn't have, and that were not covered by the warrant. Keep in mind that a warrant cannot be general, but must outline specifically what they are looking for, and nothing else. Otherwise, the 4th Amendment becomes invalidated and guess what? Not that I figure you have anything to hide, but you're next!!!! Oh, like in Houston TX, where a few years ago, the Mayor of the City (Lesbian by the way) tried to order Preachers to provide the notes and their Sermons to her office for review!!!! Didn't happen, but it could have easily happened, and any bets they would have been prosecuted for hate crimes if they were preaching against alternate lifestyles??? Anyway, that is water under the bridge.

Now back to the Presidents search...Now is it possible other documents/items that shouldn't have been taken i.e. Attorney Client privilege documents were also taken??? Actually the President is the ultimate/final classification authority. If he says they are not classified, then they aren't. Anybody else must do the required forms requirement prior to making that type of determination, not so the President. Of course, follow-up paperwork to that affect must be done, but I don't know what the timeline for that is, but it doesn't have to be done prior to the President making the determination (verbal) is fine.

Now, I won't accuse the FBI of being the initiator of this search, but rather the DOJ since they had to sign off on the warrant. Plus, I don't see why it was done now, because if it was so expedient due to National Security, then why did the Director of the DOJ sit on approving the warrant for near enough 3 weeks??? Logic tells you if it's that necessary, then it would have been approved immediately and not held on to for weeks. Even the most accepting/approving of the Governments actions should be asking themselves this question.



No one "Took" his passports??? Oh, they magically appeared in one of the boxes they took with them!!! Which means that they were slipshod in what they took, and probably didn't follow what was on the warrant if they were just filling up boxes with whatever they could find. Also, since they were there for over 9 hours, there should have been no excuse for this!!! They had enough time to search catalogue and remove what was covered by the warrant, leaving everything else alone and in its place. However, this does bring into question the possibility of them taking documents that they shouldn't have, and that were not covered by the warrant. Keep in mind that a warrant cannot be general, but must outline specifically what they are looking for, and nothing else. Otherwise, the 4th Amendment becomes invalidated and guess what? Not that I figure you have anything to hide, but you're next!!!! Oh, like in Houston TX, where a few years ago, the Mayor of the City (Lesbian by the way) tried to order Preachers to provide the notes and their Sermons to her office for review!!!! Didn't happen, but it could have easily happened, and any bets they would have been prosecuted for hate crimes if they were preaching against alternate lifestyles??? Anyway, that is water under the bridge.

Now back to the Presidents search...Now is it possible other documents/items that shouldn't have been taken i.e. Attorney Client privilege documents were also taken??? Not beyond the pale, and some have stated that this did happen. Maybe, maybe not, but if so...being "brainwashed" one might have me thinking this was not the most organized operation and could have broken the law by not adhering to the 4th Amendment requirements. However, the trusting souls out there, won't have a problem with that happening I guess...

It was legitimate and they obtained what they were looking for via the Warrant and sometimes this requires looking around and that is not covered as well. The 4th Amendment refers to "unreasonable" search and seizure, not legally reasonable search (with a Warrant) and Seizure (of the things the Warrant was looking for, hence unreturned illegally obtained documents).

And yes it was already foreknown by anyone paying attention that the National Archives people had already asked and this was known BEFORE the FBI search. I cannot believe you missed that. Even when he was Subpoenad it was everywhere and if not true he would have been yelling loudly (but he wasn't).

I am correct. Plus, you are talking about apples & oranges here, when you bring up "chain of custody". That is an entirely different subject then classifying/declassifying of said material. I know this because I handled classified material for almost my entire 20 years of military service. A False Document (Steel Dosier) given to the FBI, and then through the DOJ they requested and were able to attain through the FISA Court a FISA Warrant. A FISA warrant authorizes the FBI to conduct surveillance of a person whom the Department of Justice has probable cause to believe is an agent of a foreign power under the authority of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act.

The problem with all this was, that the request that was written up, was changed by a lawyer who was supposed to forward the request as is, but who did not have the authority to change it, but still made a change. The change he made had the request read more confirming of the Steel Dosier than it was originally written by the FBI individual who originally drafted it and then it was given to the FISA Court. Later after an investigation into the process, when it was found out that a change to the request for warrant to the FISA Court had been changed. The Court itself stated that the Warrant would not have been approved if they had received the original request with the original verbiage. So, a biased person in the chain of allowed their personal bias to create a situation where a person (not yet president) was surveilled. All it took was the changing of one (1) single word in a request for a warrant!!!! If the warrant had not been approved, then millions of dollars, man hours etc., and also an impeachment driven from the results would not have happened. Yet, it did over one little deceptive lie!!!

So, you keep trusting man and this government, news media all you want, in believing what you think to be true, but at best I'm skeptical of first the intentions, which on face value is to retrieve documents for the Archive which looks good but may be more insidious when the person in question is called Trump, and what has been tried in the past, which is to try to find whatever they can even if it's not related to said documents so that he can be brought down, and they are able to prevent him from running for president as I said before in 2024.

I am totally amazed at the willingness of my brothers and sisters to absorb misinformation and unfounded claims as if they are real without actually doing their research. The truth will set you free. So first please access the non-Partisan National Archives website and explore declassifying documents to burst the brainwashing that believes these were "declassified" at any time and secondly realize and admit that Donald Trump re-vamped the FBI as president and put all HIS people in positions of authority. The Director of the FBI (Wray) IS a man who was appointed and praised by Donald Trump himself.

Now the proper procedural protocol for "declassifying" documents is carefully outlined and permissible in most cases by a U.S. President while in office so long as they follow the outlined Protocols and obtain the proper authorization. Donald Trump did none of these things and his own staffers (that he approved of and appointed) have reported that they saw him tearing up some of the Docs and flushing some down the Toilet. But that is not the worst of it. The brainwashed do not realize that DJT WAS contacted and asked politely twice to return the documents NOT DECLASSIFIED that were illegally taken from the White House. He refused. So they issued a LEGAL subpoena to have them returned but he refused again. So they THEN handed the issue over to the FBI and the DOJ (which is again proper Legal protocol).

The Trump appointed head of the FBI, seeing that Trump refused to comply appropriately (legally) brought the evidence for this violation of the law to a GOP Judge who decided there certainly was sufficient evidence to merit a legal Search Warrant. He made it no-Knock because of the nature of the removal and hiding of the Docs. It was assumed by this formerly Trump praised Judge that he must not be allowed to destroy or hide them (another likely possibility).

He did NOT declassify these and he only (after the Subpoena) gave back a few boxes (still containing damning evidence) and the legal Warrant based search (which he would have avoided by being honest and just returning them) yielded 11 more boxes some classified and some marked Top Secret.

Also though I am not a Democrat I can see that Obama took no boxes of Classified Documents with him. The Documents sent to Chicago were properly accounted for and released by the non-Partisan National Archives just as they had done doe Geo. Bush Jr. before him.

No one "Took" his passports. The two expired ones (one normal and the Diplomatic one) and one legitimate one were found IN the boxes and immediately (the phone records and e-mail records prove) he was contacted and have been returned.

Now for some psychology. A grandiose Narcissist creates conflict and controversy on purpose. This is how they get their supply;. Sorry, but like our other brother you are incorrect. I absolutely did do my research and I am going to give you a path to follow that I pray, as a follower of Jesus, seeking truth, that you will engage and not just believe this propaganda.

Explore (all who are interested in the facts) "MANDATORY Declassification Review" within the guidelines outlined by the federal Information Security Oversight Office (ISOO). The request for declassification MUST BE submitted in writing to EACH originating agency and MUST describe EACH document with sufficient specificity unless over 70 years old. They then take the document and review, line by line, to see if the reason for the request is justified (which it usually is with few exceptions). This takes time.

Then the reasoning for their conclusions are sent (in writing) to the person requesting the declassification along with details regarding possible appeals. If they approved then they can be declassified IN WRITING and signed by the requestor. IF NOT then the requestor MUST follow through with the outlined documented procedures for an appeals request. They go before a non-Partisan committee of Federal Magistrates to plead their case (or have their lawyers do it) but even this process is specifically documented for reasons of National Security.

So yes one needs to do their research and I certainly have. In this detailed process we get a specific and clearly outlined record of who handled the documents and when each did and what their job was and when they were returned (hence the idea of chain of Custody). Now PLEASE actually look this up and you will see that this is correct (regardless of what we would like to believe).

Next, the 4th amendment case will be lost by ex-President Trump because the Search and Seizure were 100% legal and reasonable based on his unwillingness to do what the Subpoena required (not to mention the prior "reasonable" requests).

So he did NOT declassify these Documents. They were in his possession although at first he denied it. Many were Classified and some Top Secret (which TS even as President he likely would not have been able to declassify unless they were very old and irrelevant). Now that is the TRUTH not the propaganda. As a result the ex-President is guilty of Obstruction of Justice. Now whether or not he ever sees a day in court is another matter because the rich and connected rarely are subject to the same system of justice that you or I would have to forego.
