No. It was directly caused by Trump's inflammatory lies. He bears responsibility.

Pelosi is the one who should be on trial for failing to carry out her duties as Speaker.

I've just checked out the claim that Trump offered National Guard assistance to Pelosi. Turns out it's another of his lies.
The deputy chief of staff Anthony Ornado said he did and his testimony was not allowed at the hearing by the ruling Dem's.

It's always been your choice to believe some news as worthy of being truth, and other news as being unworthy of being the truth. Your bias in this matter is leading you to believe in propaganda in many cases. Trust in the Lord alone. Everyone else, give them the grace God has given you, for you are not able to discern the truth by spiritual means. Otherwise you will be like the man that after being forgiven of a great debt by the king, puts others in prison for a much smaller debt showing no mercy to them. Eventually the king will be angry with you.

I checked the Anthony Ornato transcript. Trumps claim does not stand up. He's lying about the offer to Pelosi. Either way, he still bears responsibility for sending the mob to the Capitol.

Funny how different news sites spin things. No Trump didn't make the offer. But both VP Pence and the military did.
One news site said Pelosi didn't refuse because Trump never made the offer. Perhaps he didn't but others did, and she still refused.

The Speaker of House whose office is in the Capitol Building, had advanced warning of the crowd and did nothing.
But immediately after the incident she formed a J6 committee to go after Trump.

More pertinent, surely, is that Trump sent the crowd and then did nothing.
Pelosi, the one with a "D" beside her name is not even questioned.
But yet she leads the charge on Trump.

No one is totally innocent including Pelosi. It was mass confusion and neglect on the part of many for that to happen.
But the Dem's have no problem blaming it all on Trump.
