The offer of Salvation is universal, but the application is only : "by Faith".

Salvation is for heirs of promise Heb 6:17

Wherein God, willing more abundantly to shew unto the heirs of promise the immutability of his counsel, confirmed it by an oath:
Jesus tells us how to be an heir and what we will receive. It is for whomever, and all.

No, accepting or rejecting the salvation is a concious choice. It's not written in the gene codes.
Yes, One is an Heir before they are born, they are born into the heirship. They dont have a choice. Issac didnt have a choice to be Abrahams Heir child, it was Gods choice alone. Sarah didnt even have a choice to have Isaac the heir, God declared it to to her. Gen 15:4

And, behold, the word of the Lord came unto him, saying, This shall not be thine heir; but he that shall come forth out of thine own bowels shall be thine heir.

Gen 18:9-10

9 And they said unto him, Where is Sarah thy wife? And he said, Behold, in the tent.

10 And he said, I will certainly return unto thee according to the time of life; and, lo, Sarah thy wife shall have a son. And Sarah heard it in the tent door, which was behind him.

Jesus tells us how to be an heir and what we will receive. It is for whomever, and all.
Thats wrong information, one is an heir before they are born. God didnt teach Isaach to be the heir, he was born an heir by Gods choice before he was born, so it is with the heirs of promise.

That’s fatalistic Calvinism. Humans are not robots, every individual has a choice. If we don’t, then there’s no hope, no salvation and no purpose to pray for anybody.

In this passage about HOW TO BE AN HEIR, read how many times Jesus says "whoever."

John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's only begotten Son. This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but men loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what he has done has been done through God."

John 3:36 Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God's wrath remains on them.

“Whoever” is whoever. This is plain and simple. Calvinists use special exegesis to twist the scriptures. Whomever in the world believes turns into whomever in the world of believers who believe.

1 John 2:2 He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world.

Jesus is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world. This scripture shows that Jesus saves any who come to him in belief; it is a choice of all men, if they only would not love darkness instead of the light.

God wants all men saved. Read how many times scripture says "all men.”

John 1:6 There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. 7The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe. 8 He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light. 9That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. 10He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. 11He came unto his own, and his own received him not. 12But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name. 13Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

1 Timothy2:3-6 This is good, and pleases God our Savior, who wants all men to be saved and come to a knowledge of the truth. For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all men—the testimony given in its proper time.

Titus 2:11 For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men.

1 Timothy 4:10 (and for this we labor and strive), that we have put our hope in the living God, who is the Savior of all men, and especially of those who believe.

That scripture right there should stop any one from ever misunderstanding and believing Calvinism ever again. How much plainer language does it have to be? "Savior of all men, and especially of those who believe.” All men have the chance to obey and believe.

This may be a misunderstanding of the words God proclaimed you Jeremiah- “before you were born I knew thee.” Same thing to David in a psalm. In that context, that only shows that Jeremiah was chosen to be a prophet, and it also indicates a scientific fact that life begins at conception before birth. If he believes that fate is sealed, then we’re all sinners in nature and moving on a highway to hell, it is God’s salvation that pulls sinners out of the broad way to destruction and leads them to eternal life at the cost of his only son. That’s an open invitation, which Jesus explained in the laborers and the wedding parables.

Well God knows who He has chosen to be part of the salvation plan, and of course He knows who will choose Him. That doesn't mean He predestines people to believe in them.

Its the Truth of the Gospel ! Eternal Life isnt an offer, its an Inheritance given to heirs, Christ and His Seed.

There's no such thing as teaching someone to be an heir, its an automatic birth right. Isaac could not be taught to be an heir, he was born an heir.

You are badly mistaken.
The Gentles were enemies and were NOT children of God, yet when they were given the chance to be a child of God's, they believed and obeyed Jesus.

Colossians 2:13 When you were dead in your sins and in the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made you alive with Christ. He forgave us all our sins,

Colossians 2:14 having canceled the charge of our legal indebtedness, which stood against us and condemned us; he has taken it away, nailing it to the cross.

Ephesians 2:1 As for you, you were dead in your transgressions and sins,

Ephesians 2:5 made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions--it is by grace you have been saved.

Ephesians 2:11 Therefore remember that formerly you who are Gentiles in the flesh and called uncircumcised by the so-called circumcision (that done in the body by human hands)— 12 remember that at that time you were separate from Christ, alienated from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers to the covenants of the promise, without hope and without God in the world.

Ephesians 2:13 But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far away have been brought near through the blood of Christ.

Ephesians 2:15 by abolishing in His flesh the law of commandments and decrees. He did this to create in Himself one new man out of the two, thus making peace

Being Saved and going to heaven is Inheritance, not an offer, its only for heirs.

Okay, Good scripture, but Eternal Life is a Gift of inheritance. Its only for a Seed.
