The offer of Salvation is universal, but the application is only : "by Faith".

Nah, thats way off. People are born heirs of promise. This was established by God before the world began, before the heirs existed.
The plan of salvation to be through Jesus was the plan before the world was made, but no one is an heir and saved before they come to Jesus in faith and obedience.

The plan of salvation to be through Jesus was the plan before the world was made, but no one is an heir and saved before they come to Jesus in faith and obedience.
A person is a heir before they come to faith, and thats why they come to faith. Isaac was an heir before he was born a sinner, and he wasn't never condemned by God, he was an heir of God first.

Heirs are condemned! Everyone is condemned until they become an heir by believing and obeying Jesus.
That should say the heirs according to the old law, the Jews, and everyone is condemned until they become an heir by believing and obeying Jesus.

No such thing.
Jesus came and taught the NEW Testament, which is the last will and testament.
He tells us how we all can be an heir.
It is no more by being blood related to Abraham or by the blood of sacrificed animals.

That should say the heirs according to the old law, the Jews, and everyone is condemned until they become an heir by believing and obeying Jesus.
The Heirs are never condemned, they have before they are born assigned angels because they are heirs of salvation Heb 1:14

13 But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool?

14 Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?

No such thing.

Yes its a such thing. Isaac was heir before he was born, so it is with all the heirs of promise. God has already sware that they shall inherit eternal life before they are born sinners Heb 6:13-18

13 For when God made promise to Abraham, because he could swear by no greater, he sware by himself,

14 Saying, Surely blessing I will bless thee, and multiplying I will multiply thee.

15 And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise.

16 For men verily swear by the greater: and an oath for confirmation is to them an end of all strife.

17 Wherein God, willing more abundantly to shew unto the heirs of promise the immutability of his counsel, confirmed it by an oath:

18 That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us:

No Im not, but it appears you are. All the Heirs have had their names inscribed in the Lambs book of life from the foundation Rev 13:8

8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

The word written is in the perfect tense, it was done, completed, finished in the past and its not to be repeated. No names will be added to them. They are the appointed Heirs.
Their names are wiped out because they have chosen to take the mark at that point, therefore their lives are forfeited. If all is set and done as you said, then what's the point of repenting any sins or bringing anybody to Jesus?

When Jesus sent the Holy Spirit, all were condemned until they receive the Holy Spirit.
A person has to be born again.

Their names are wiped out because they have chosen to take the mark at that point,

Thats a false statement. Their names can never be erased from the Lambs book of life.

therefore their lives are forfeited. If all is set and done as you said, then what's the point of repenting any sins or bringing anybody to Jesus?

This is foolish unlearned babble !

No one is an heir until they are born again.
Thats false, Isaac was an heir before he was born, therefore obviously before he was born again. The reason why people are born again is because they are already heirs, so God gives them a spiritual birth to match their spiritual , heavenly destiny.

Isaac and all the righteous people before Jesus still had to wait for Jesus to shed his blood and rise again.

Thats false. Jesus sent the Spirit because they werent condemned, and so that the Apostles would be equipped to preach.
Jesus sends the Holy Spirit to those who believe and obey him. Those who believed and obeyed him before he died he told them to keep obeying so that they can receive the Holy Spirit.

Isaac was an heir before he was born a sinner, so was all the other righteous. Jesus blood paid for their sins of the righteous before He died and shed His Blood.

One cannot obey Jesus until after they are saved/born again. He saves from unbelief
