SignUp Now!Look at the ten virgins....They were all to go in to the wedding feast...But some were not ready and missed it...Only those who were ready got to go in. The same with the rapture...The bride that is caught up is those who are ready. Christians who are ready....The Christians who are not ready get to miss the rapture and have to wait for Jesus to gather them together at His second coming. They will go through the tribulation.
Now...Being born again does not make you ready...else why does the Word tell us to make ourselves ready...
Revelation 19:7
Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.
Matthew 24:44
Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.
Luke 12:40
Be ye therefore ready also: for the Son of man cometh at an hour when ye think not.
If Jesus is coming back in his second coming with ALL of his saints, how do you suppose he is going to do that without first coming to get his saintsThere is no SECRET RAPTURE of the church before the 2nd coming of CHRIST.
The "rapture" is not "secret" to those who are going. It is only a secret to those who are not going!Does Christ explain the secret rapture of the church or His 2nd coming?
Mat 24:22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.
Jesus was speaking directly to the Jews here. The Jews were always considered God's elect from the very beginning. After the rapture of the Church, God turns his attention to the Jews. He (God) will remove the vail that has hidden the truth of their savior, and then the Jews will go wild preaching the Gospel every where. These are the elect that God will shorten the tribulation for. This all happens after the fullness of the Gentiles has come in (rapture)
Rom 11:25 Lest you be wise in your own sight, I do not want you to be unaware of this mystery, brothers: a partial hardening has come upon Israel, until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in.
Rom 11:26 And in this way all Israel will be saved, as it is written, “The Deliverer will come from Zion, he will banish ungodliness from Jacob”;
Rom 11:27 “and this will be my covenant with them when I take away their sins.”
Rom 11:28 As regards the gospel, they are enemies for your sake. But as regards election, they are beloved for the sake of their forefathers.
Rom 11:29 For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable.
Rom 11:30 For just as you were at one time disobedient to God but now have received mercy because of their disobedience,
Rom 11:31 so they too have now been disobedient in order that by the mercy shown to you they also may now receive mercy.
Rom 11:32 For God has consigned all to disobedience, that he may have mercy on all.
You might want to read the Bible a little more closely.Question? Verse 39 says, And knew not until the flood came. Who knew not? Noah and his family or those outside the ark? Since Noah was obeying GOD in building the ark they knew the flood was coming! But those outside did not know it was coming.
When did the flood come after Noah and his family got into the ark? Seven days!!!
Your right, but God told them in "seven" days it is going to start raining for 40 days. You might want to read the Bible a little more closely.
Gen 7:1 Then the LORD said to Noah, “Go into the ark, you and all your household, for I have seen that you are righteous before me in this generation.
Gen 7:4 For in seven days I will send rain on the earth forty days and forty nights, and every living thing that I have made I will blot out from the face of the ground.”
When did the flood come after Noah and his family got into the ark? Seven days!!!
My bad, I opened my mouth before doing do diligence. Not quite right, God told them it was going to start raining in seven days.. get ready
