Trump or No Trump That's the Question

Just because someone is not as sociable as you are, it does not mean he is not what he is designed to be....Why do Christians judge like that?

Christians eat their wounded.
Hi Rhema,
That is such a depressing metaphor.
I think you know me: I tend to look into how we support one another and build each other up!
Dare I say, healing wounds should be our priority: oh the shepherd that I may be!
Hope all is well with you and many blessings,
LB

None of us are what we were designed to be.

Rhema
At times, it seems we are caught in worldly patterns. At times adrift from God's intended meaning for our lives.
At times: we connect to that God intended meaning, and we get brow beaten by those who would dismiss and limit us to the margins.
In being wise in God: we are fools to the secular and those who dismiss... rhema and written word.... personal revelation can be a lonely place!
But thank God for community and debate...
Be safe, and grace and peace to you. @Admon Mikha'el

America is lost Trump is NOT getting back in, the now have complete control of rigging the elections. I will not waist (sic) my time voting any more. Jesus is my King now and forever.

Things are going to get much worst (sic) , nothing is going back to the way it was,, count it a joy as we get closer to out Lords (sic) return !!

Brother Dave, you write run-on sentences with run-on thinking and misspelled words all of which detracts from any point you would like to make. YOU don't know that Donald Trump will not run again. YOU don't know if he will be reelected or not. We have to do the best we can and not grow weary in well doing if we faint not.

@Dave M .... Years ago i read 2 touching books one was The Coalminers Daughter the other Johnny Cash.. One of the best things about those books is they wrote just how they talk. ... There was a time when i was not going to post anything because of my lack of writing skills. Some of Gods kids have skills to be a mechanic, some can cook, maybe weld . Some can write very well we all have thoughts to share . I find it refreshing we are not all exactly alike .

@ChemEngineerMBA

Greetings,

Brother Dave, you write run-on sentences with run-on thinking and misspelled words all of which detracts from any point you would like to make.

If you think Dave does run-on sentences... look at some of mine and don't forget to notice my run-on thinking, too... and then let me know if Dave is all that bad.
Come to think of it, have you ever noticed some of the Apostle Paul's sentences. Have a look. Talk about loooong sentences !!! In some places you could almost divide the letter into sentences rather than chapters.

May i suggest that if you can not overlook such things as mis-spelt words, you [whoever you may be... as in, the plural type 'you' ] then you are not all that literate? Some people get hooked on different pronunciation, also. It rattles their tidy little garden bed full of precision planted little forget-me-nots and pansies.

We can strain at gnats while swallowing camels. Apart from being rather hairy, their long legs and knobbly knees get caught around the esophagus.

not grow weary in well doing if we faint not.

Do you mean, if we faint not, we shall not grow weary in well doing? Or is that, we won't grow weary in well doing if we do not faint?

Publicly pointing out something as you have is not the best of things to do, which is why i am publicly letting you know so.

Post in Peace

Bless you ....><>

and, or p.s.....
While i probably wouldn't get Dave to proofread documents for me, i know he's a Brother i can count on for integrity and faithfulness, not only to the Lord but to the Brethren.
And i can guarantee you that men like Dave now this:

We have to do the best we can and not grow weary in well doing

One other thing, if you have time to hear me out, is, i ask why you capitalized YOU when addressing Dave? Surely it would be better put as 'we'
YOU don't know... YOU don't know...

Sometimes when we use capital letters or UPPERCASE, whichever the case may be, it is taken as shouting and/or intimidating. Often it is not so much what we say but how we say it, as you probably already know?

By the way, you left out the hyphen mark ( - )

will be reelected or not.

Should it not read, re-elected? I could be wrong; i was once before. Can you see how petty it can be?

Bless you ....><>

We have NO NEED to criticize the spelling skills of other people or their grammar...please mind your manners!

Hi Reba1, I really appreciated your post and the earnest statement: yes it is really refreshing; and a cool glass of water that keeps us all honest and greatly aware of all our great and wonderful talents... and the fact we all have ears and mouths (keyboard too!) to share our meaningful expressions on faith in all walks of life.
Sorry I do at times use purple prose (fluffy language)... but that is me!

Hi Rhema,
That is such a depressing metaphor.
I can only speak from my experience in the North East of the USA. Perhaps it's different way down under.

But yes, the Christianity around here IS depressing. That's why the numbers for the JW's and the Mormons are increasing.
Hope all is well with you and many blessings,
It's a work in progress. Truly.

So can Truth and Sanity.

Most churches, and by association, most Christians, in my area, seem to be of the plastic varieties, and not the real thing....They ALL pick and choose what they will believe in the Word....As though God will speak truth in one area and then lie in others....ALL of Gods Word is true...

John 6:53-56
Then Jesus said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you have no life in you. 54 Whoever eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day. 55 For My flesh is food indeed, and My blood is drink indeed. 56 He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood abides in Me, and I in him

Perhaps you might have been depressed if Jesus said this to you. Be wary of not wanting anything sad or weird stuff said, because sometime its a holy statement.

Rhema,
Here is to Truth and Sanity, a common thread in our conversations... not as lonely as it first seems!
Great to talk to you again.
Be safe brother,
L.B.

Thank you Brad,
Keeping a focus that is Christological is nutrients in and of itself, at times we can fall into a lament- but good words make a heart glad. Thank you for speaking/typing good words!
Many blessings,
LB

ALL of Gods Word is true...
Admon Mikha'el, just to point out that not all Christians hold to the same canon. Neither the book of Revelation nor the book of Hebrews is in ours. But I respect those who have the wrong canon - they might just not know any better.

Keeping to the OP, I can't wait to see Trump on the Greg Gutfeld Show tonight (Fox News).

Don't presume to speak for me. Adults should speak as adults. God commends us to be wise, not ignorant.
You think you can correct me but I cannot correct someone who writes so very poorly? Then challenge MY manners which you violated by criticizing me?
