If the church is “Raptured” in this generation, what are the people left still, in the “Institutionalized church”, called?

There are saints save and taken up in the Rapture.
There are saints save during the "Great tribulation era.
There are saints saved during the 1000 year reign of Christ.

The only people who can be saved during the tribulation period are those who were too young to have made a decision prior To and grow up to understand and accept. Other's will believe a great delusion that will be 'sent'. People will come up with all sorts of reasons for people to simply disappear.

During the "Great Tribulation" it will be one of the greatest "Revival in the history of the church ever known" thousand upon thousand will get save. Man will proclaim the Gospel with so much power, that they will die violent deaths. Mutitudes will come to Christ by their boldness in their proclamation by dying in streets! During the "Great Awakening" men would get stone while preaching, blood would drip down on their Bibles,! RUn down their face, where they had beaten the night night before. Their handkercheif dripping in blood, in the end their attackers would wonder what made them still preach on! Thousand upon thousand would come see these men who would stand up and proclaim the truth Gospel of Jesus, many of the attackers would fall down in tears confessing their sins and repenting of their wicked ways. Many got saved during those times of trials.

I answered, "Sir, you know." And he said, "These are they who have come out of the great tribulation; they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

14I answered, “Sir, you know.”

And he said, “These are they who have come out of the great tribulation; they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. 15Therefore,

“they are before the throne of God
and serve him day and night in his temple;
and he who sits on the throne
will shelter them with his presence.
16‘Never again will they hunger;
never again will they thirst.
The sun will not beat down on them,’ a
nor any scorching heat.
17For the Lamb at the center of the throne
will be their shepherd;
‘he will lead them to springs of living water.’ b
‘And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.’ c
(Revelation 7).

1000 year reign of Christ and the saints of God, head quarters the "new Jerusalem" that cameout of the sky.

17“See, I will create
new heavens and a new earth.
The former things will not be remembered,
nor will they come to mind.
18But be glad and rejoice forever
in what I will create,
for I will create Jerusalem to be a delight
and its people a joy.
19I will rejoice over Jerusalem
and take delight in my people;
the sound of weeping and of crying
will be heard in it no more.
20“Never again will there be in it
an infant who lives but a few days,
or an old man who does not live out his years;
the one who dies at a hundred
will be thought a mere child;
the one who fails to reach a a hundred
will be considered accursed.
21They will build houses and dwell in them;
they will plant vineyards and eat their fruit.
22No longer will they build houses and others live in them,
or plant and others eat.
For as the days of a tree,
so will be the days of my people;
my chosen ones will long enjoy
the work of their hands.
23They will not labor in vain,
nor will they bear children doomed to misfortune;
for they will be a people blessed by the Lord,
they and their descendants with them.
24Before they call I will answer;
while they are still speaking I will hear.
25The wolf and the lamb will feed together,
and the lion will eat straw like the ox,
and dust will be the serpent’s food.
They will neither harm nor destroy
on all my holy mountain,”

The seven year tribulation time is for previously un-repentant Jews. The 144,000 sealed Jews will be evangelizing Jews and there Will be multitudes coming to Christ.

A lot of things will be going on during that that period of time just like, for a example in the Old Testament. Things was going on in the Northern Kindom in Israel as well as the Southern Kingdom as well in the the Persian Kingdom as well as the Babylon Kingdom as well, and the Assyrians as well at the same time and God was working with them all, right. So will things be now in the "Great Tribulation" from every nation God will call His people. For He has scattered them through out the world and His Angels will gather them, from every corner. :)

Where did that name come from "Christians". From devils or Saints?

Christians are meant to be followers of Christ, that was the intended word, Christ-ians.

But like so many things, they get watered down...

Some think they are Christians because they live in what is classed as a Christian country!
Some think they are Christians because they idolise the Pope!
Some think they are Christians because the Queen is the Head of the Church of England!
Some think they are Christians because their parents went to church weekly!
Some think they are Christians because they were Christened as a child!
Some think but...

A True Christian knows they are a Christian, knows they are born again, knows they are saved, they take up their cross 'daily' and follow Jesus 'daily'. They pray to the Father through Jesus Christ their Lord and Saviour 'daily', they repent 'daily', they love one another as Christ loves them, they care about those less fortunate than them selves, they give thanks and rejoice, they offer themselves to God as a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is our reasonable service. They love the Lord with all their hearts, with all their souls and with all their minds. Thanks be to God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, in Jesus Precious and Loving Name. Amen.

If you did not partake of the first part of the first resurrection which is where the kings of the King come from, then all are pushed out to the latter resurrection and cannot
be perfected during the Kingdom reign because Satan is locked away and they can all see the King and his kings. The whole premise of salvation is through faith in God
and his Son thus there is no faith where the sons of God and the King are visible to the population of the Kingdom. Indeed those that are left near the end of the reign period
are eventually consumed by fire that comes down from God at the final battle as they come against the Kingdom. Then the second part of the first resurrection takes place.

and they love the Lord because they know that He first loved them and gave Himself for them, and best of all, He knows His sheep!

Bless you Brother ....><>

Greetings @Sue D.

The 7 year Tribulation period is to punish the lost souls who have rejected Jesus and all He did and went through for them. It is to aim to force a change of heart, to get them to repent from their wicked and sinful ways.

That is why the each punishment is worse that the previous one. They continue in severity but hearts are hardened.

Shalom

I ask a question. Maybe I was not clear. I will try again. I did not ask for a definition of a modern Webster. "Who coined the word "Christian" a devil or a saint"?

The Greek word Χριστιανός (Christianos), meaning "follower of Christ",

comes from Χριστός (Christos), meaning "anointed one"

The answer to your question is in Acts 11:26

Don't know who.. but we are told where.

Acts 11:26; and when he had found him, he brought him to Antioch. And for an entire year they met with the church and taught considerable numbers; and the disciples were first called Christians in Antioch.
