If God knows what we are going to do, then it was pre-ordained; however, since we, who are finite creatures, perceive this as free will since we make the decisions of our own will.

The question shouldnt be "do we have free will?" but more like, "Are we able to see in the future?" The answer is obviously no. We make our decisions based off of our own personal thoughts and actions, and thus we choose to serve God or reject him. We don't know what the future holds, and our choices will change based on that. Only God knows who is going to come to Christ or not. Do we know who is going to be chosen? No, obviously. So we must continue in our own free will, knowing that our God is not surprised by anything we do, since he's already seen it happen.
